I’m not a negative individual, nor do I give out stars out of spite. The one star is well deserved by this company. When it comes down to it I got my glasses and the lens fell out day one. After an hour of texts and my first review at 3 stars they said take it down and they’d send new frames. It’s been over a month with no sign of new glasses. I guess this terrible company is not only bad, but thinks they are good at blowing smoke up your “you know what”! One star because you can’t give them less. Thank you Troy Leonhardt. I bought two pairs of acetate glasses two years ago. One pair (Funny)broke after wearing for only a couple months. They broke due to too much tension around the rim where the lenses were put in. The other pair (Lucie) I didn't wear often, but when I went to put them on today, they were broken the same way; too much tension around the rim. They weren't dropped, they were well taken care of. I was willing to look past the first pair breaking, but with the second pair breaking the same way, I figured it was a pattern. I suggest buying from Abbe, SLLAC, Vooglam, and Lensmart. They have great prices, great quality, and hopefully their customer service won't harass you if for some reason you leave a relevant review.

You sent me broken glasses. I reached out and have not received any response to let me know how you will correct this problem.

This is by far the worst company customer service ever, I don't know who they have working on customer service. Don't waist your time with this company. They won't help you if anything goes wrong. Terrible attitude. And have no care for customer service.

I give them a 0 star review . I ordered bifocals. and got , progressives lenses . can not get in touch with anyone . contact impossible . want my money back ! will not order anything ever again.
