1st time customer. Ordered 2 pair. Rimless. Could see the screws that were attached on the lenses in my vision. Very distracting. Asked for a refund. They said no. I asked to possibly remake them with a tint for sunglasses so maybe I wouldn't see the screws in my vision, as much with the tint on. They told me yes for another $20.00. I sent them the money and still waiting on the sunglasses. No refund on the original's only if I'm willing to ship them back through customs to China.. Still getting a run around.. Only way to contact them is through email. Never again will I buy from them.

I bought 3 pairs of progressives. The lenses are so terrible, I can't wear them. A total waste of money.

Totally different prescription

Cannot see out of these glasses. Love the frames but having a difficult time with glasses.

The glasses are supposed to darken in the sunlight but they don’t

I am very disappointed with the quality of the glasses and the way that the prescription was transcribed to the lenses. I would like to return them.

I cannot see anything out of the "near" part of the progressive lens - the far part of lens is good but all three glasses are worthless when I cannot see anything close up. I have tried to find a way to contact someone to return the glasses and from what I've seen you only refund 50% so horrible customer service.

This company made me defective glasses. It states online that they are in Texas, but they are actually in China. In order for me to get a refund I have to mail these glasses to China at my expense. Buyer beware. They make poor quality glasses and are actually in China. Very dishonest company! They are not even following their own return policy! I feel 100% wronged by this company!
