If I had known my glasses were made and shipped from China I never would have ordered them.

Hi, you bought two beautiful progressive glasses for $96, we keep telling customers we are from China, we don't want to hide anything, I don't think we're from China is a reason to get a 2 star review, it's not fair, we have customers from all over the world, you can not buy our glasses, but you can't disrespect our country, thank you.

You receive what you pay for. I was not satisfied with the glasses I ordered from MuukalOptical. The frames are ok, the lenses are not a good quality. If I ever order glasses online again, I will go with more reliable and known company.

Hello Daniela, we found your order quickly, the ADD of your original prescription was +2.00, but you wrote it as +2.50, you said you couldn't see clearly, we said you filled in the wrong prescription, but you said everything are all correct,we really want to keep you satisfied, but we don't know how to customize your lenses again because you insist that the original prescription was wrong.Anyway, thank you for liking our frames.

One pair I cannot see with, images are blurry from a distance and on the computer.. The other pair is ok, I can see out of them fine but the first time I wore them the screw fell out and I had to take a screw out of some old glasses to be able to wear them and the screww was too big so it did not go all the way in. Why could 2 lenses with the same prescription be so different?

Dear Patricia, we are also very disappointed, you paid 38.85 for two pairs of single vision glasses, including shipping 6.95, our frames are beautiful, the lenses are equally good, your prescription is OD -6.00 -1.25 163 OL - 4.00 -1.50 176, you chose 1.61 index of refraction, so the lens is little thick, and we will test it three times before sending out, to ensure that the lens is perfect, no scratches, no flaws, we don't understand why you are not satisfied with the lens, but we'd love to hear from you, thank you.

The frames are cute. But I can't wear them. They're warped or something, the metal ones are worse visually. I have a fairly strong prescription-4.5

Dear Nicole,We are very sorry, we sent you an email asking for a original prescription few days ago, because we need to confirm the prescription at the first time, and then we can find the problem and solve it, but unfortunately did not get your reply, please remember that, we are glad to do our best to help customers find the right frames and provide clear lenses,so all problems are not problems because we will definitely solve it.
