Frames are a 10 out of 10 except for one pair didn’t look like the picture I ordered. Prescription if I could give a 0 I would. I ordered the premium progressive with two different PD’s. The glasses are completely unusable because I can’t see a thing close up! Looking through those glasses is like not having any on at all. One big huge BLUR! I’ve been ordering my glasses online for 10+ years and have NEVER had a prescription so poorly done. The price was unbelievable, but I guess you get what you pay for quantity not QUALITY. Very disappointed. I will not be a repeat customer nor recommend anyone who has a prescription to order.

I have ordered glasses online from multiple companies including GlassesUSA,EyeBuyDirect, Zenni, Zeelool, and Vooglam... These prescriptions were all off. Three sets of glasses, 2 different prescriptions for 2 people not one of them were wearable

I have been ordering prescription glasses online for over 10 yrs. I have never had such a difficult time getting an accurate fit nor a lens that truly works for them. Sadly, they will only replace a pair if they are not correct even though it is a result of their inabilities to get the lens right for the size of frame. Will not be a repeat customer.

I removed them from the case, and the bow fell off. I just figured I'd put it back on easily with the tool they provided. Unfortunately the screw was stripped and the bow popped back off firing the screw across the room. So, I haven't worn my new second pair of glasses. My rimless glasses keep loosening. I'm almost certain the screw is stripped on that pair too. When I try to tighten it with the tool, just continues to turn. After spending the money for these glasses, I may have to start over with another company. Very dissatisfied!!

Position of progressive sections is incorrect, have to tilt head or push up frames to see correctly. I am unable to read text while wearing the glasses. Frames are heavy and difficult to adjust.

What went wrong was I order 3 pairs of glasses with bi vocals. The company said I should get progressives because I have a strong prescription and a prism. So I said OK. But I can't see very well with any of them. Very disappointed. I have wet amd and ga eye problems and I really need my glasses to see. I have tried to get in contact with customer service and they never get back to me. So sad about this.

The box was cracked when I opened them, and the right lens had popped out. I put it back in the frame, but either doing that caused the glass to be askew or the prescription was off because it's all blurry. I checked that I had typed in the prescription correctly and I had.. I can't wear them now.
