I really don't like the color and style of a frame ordered. Can it be exchanged?

Thank you to customer service helping with the RX. great price! will order again

My glasses were nice they arrived in about 3 weeks I am pleased with them, big selection to choose from great price for three pair

I am a retired optician , and ordered the 3 pair of glasses! Was very pleased with the optics in the progressive lens I will give you all a 4 out of five! The frames was definitely not a five very cheap and poor quality .

Easy ordering experience. So many different styles and colors to choose from. I got such a great deal. Cost was amazing. The time receiving took a while. But was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am so happy with my glasses purchase. I ordered 3 pair for $119, premium progressive with all the coatings. I can’t even usually get 1 pair for that price. The quality of the eyeglasses are decent. The prescription appears to be correct. I love having an option to wear what matches my outfit or mood. I also ordered 3 pair for my husband - he is also extremely satisfied. In the eyeglass store he struggled to find frames that fit his big head. All 3 of the frames he ordered fit perfectly with no adjustments needed. I have a smaller head and also did not have to adjust my frames, they all fit great, feel great and look great. We will order more!

Everything was great except a few rhinestones was missing from my glasses

Accurate eyes prescription
