Refuse refund my money for glasses they made wrong. Wants me to remove my bad review before refunding only half of the money I paid! It’s has been on going for almost 2 months!

My prescription is not right . I can't see with them they are not crisp . When I put them on its like putting on a dollar store pair of readers. Not good quality 😕 . No the fact is you confirmed the prescription, so just exactly how was that done? So if your prescription is wrong its the customer's fault when you say you have confirmed it. Not good business at all . My word of mouth as directed 3 so far away from this poor company. Very bad customer service.

Do not TRUST this company, FRAUD -SCAMMER Hello Everyone! Do not TRUST this company including LISA on Customer Service. FIRST THE MATERIAL OF THE EYEGLASSES ARE VERY FRAGILE. I'm telling you do not do business with this company. Yes, it's true that they have an office in Texas but it's probably one bedroom of Lisa's house, even know their website says that their product comes with 90 days quality guaranteed, IT'S a LIE, 100% Money Back Guarantee, no reason for return, IT'S another LIE, I tried to return 3 eyeglasses that the prescription was totally wrong, I cannot see with them on, contacted Lisa in CS, she stop replying to my emails. So, I contacted PAYPAL and they asked me to return the eyeglasses to China. What happened now is that Mukkal need to pay in Customs in China to get the merchandise, but they do not want to pay, Paypal do not want to refund my money because Customs of China cannot release merchandise until this trash of company paid to the Customs of China. Once again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. GLASSES ARE CHEAP BUT YOU PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT'S NOT WORTH IT. Buy from a US company, I did it after I went thru this without any problem with the other company.

Ordered progressives and they were all wrong. Claimed the PD was not right for the glasses I chose but they didn't know that before they made them? And I have been buying the same size frames on other websites for a long time. The return address in Texas is fraudulent . They have a return address in china. Not a quality company and customer service was belligerent and unhelpful . They got my money and they don't care what they sent me for it. Avoid . There are great online glaZZes companies that are true to their policies and care about customer satisfaction.

This is a horrible place to buy glasses, the lenses are good but Dollar Tree frames. No matter what they say there are NO RETURNS. You can but get only a fraction of your purchase back. Worst decision ever.

My glasses arrived this morning and the look great. 11/29/2025 I'll wear then for a while to see how they fit and look. Ted

Glasses broke after less than a year. Cheap plastic not worth the money also priced in US Dollar

The prescription is incorrect on all three pairs. The glasses are beautiful, but the progressive lenses are not in the same position on any of the pairs. Furthermore, the return shipping is too expensive, so we are forced to keep them.
