Glasses are nice and feel good, but took almost a month to get them and the sunglasses are not dark at all just a light tint

Have had really good results with order, but got a bad prescription result with one of my pairs ordered. Never had that problem before. Normally, the prescription is “ Spot on” this time I can see a thing!. So disappointed .

Just received my order. Got the 3 pair deal. The Cleo M Pink glasses have a crack in them. I can feel the crack with my finger, and I can see it. I had planned on these being my main pair of glasses, to wear every day, so I am disappointed. Also 2 pair have numbers printed on the lens. Is there a way to remove this, soap and water did not.

Shipping time was long and not communicated. Prescription was a little off from my previous glasses(purchased locally) with the same prescription.
