I purchased two pairs of progressives from Muukal. I can't see out of either pair. The frames themselves are lovely. The prescription was correct on both bags, but these glasses are completely unusable. Customer service was unhelpful. Lesson learned. I will only purchase progressives through my eye doctor.

Ordered glasses with progressive lenses, purple photochromatic lenses and other bells and whistles. When I got them, they have clear progressive lenses...nothing else I paid for. I tried 5 times to contact t them and no response. STAY AWAY! I THINK USING A DISCOUNT COYPON NEGATED everything else I paid for.

I ordered 3 pair of progressives. When they came I could only read with 1 pair. I emailed and they told me the lenses/ frames on the 2 pair were too large for me. I have had the same size before. There should have been someplace on the glasses I could read through no matter the size. They blamed my prescription but I can sort of see with one pair. So they would only remake 1 pair. I basically let them choose the size of frames. The replacement glasses came today and everything is blurry I can barely make out letters. I will NOT be ordering again. Also I paid extra to get transition lenses the two pair I couldn't use. The remake pair was not transition.UPDATE: The pair pair that I was able to see with but not clearly the cheap frame broke May 14th. I ordered from Zenni just got them and they are perfect same prescription that this company used. So $149 wasted.

I ordered 2 pairs and paid for bifocal sunglasses, the lens was wrong and their solution is to make them for distance only if I wanted distance I would have ordered them, the other pair is just fine, worst customer service I have no idea how they got a 4.5 rating review with all the complaints they get, I most likely have to have to take what I get, never will use this company again.

If I knew these were coming from China, I would have ordered elsewhere. Got a message that order was shipped, but from China I guess.

Ordered 3 and only one I can wear. They sent me one for replacement and that isn't right either. PD are Way off. I told them I would send them back and to please give refund or try to get pd right and send again. No answer for text or emails I sent them. So if you order plan on the possibility that they all or one only might be right. I'm not gonna post my order number here. You have my emails and text to you. Christine Z. Frame delivered is not same color a picture. Picture showed black temple arms, the product sent is silver. Notified Muukal service. Only offer was coupons which do not come close to replacing the incorrect product.

Why did you sent me the visible the cheap quality glasses. I hate them with visible reading line. 2 piece of glass one for reading one for distance. It should not be visible. I hate them.
