I need someone to get ahold of me regarding the quality of the glasses I just received. The frames were this cheap brittle plastic and I've had them not even a month yet. I didn't do anything crazy to make this happen and all 3 cracks happened at different times so it's likely they will continue to deteriorate at an exponential pace. I knew that these would be cheap frames, after all they only came to around 50$, but I need them in order to function and they are the only pair of glasses I own at the moment.

One of them is so blurry that it’s unusable. Be careful when ordering.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. I paid well over $100 for 2 pair of glasses. When I got them the frames felt cheap and did not fit correctly. They advertise a non questions asked refund and when i requested a refund they asked lots of questions and then offered to refund $60 of my money. When I said no I was told I would have to return the glasses to China and pay whatever shopping and handling charge there would be. DON’T BELIEVE THEIR GUARANTEE. it’s a rip off.

The prescription is wrong, I have been emailing you guys like crazy, nothing happened yet

I ordered twice, 1st correct and happy, 2nd was wrong, but wasn't clear on the website, perscription was uploaded, but they won't fix it.

Update: As you can see below they did comment to fix the error, and even messaged me to fix the error. I was very pleased to know they were going to fix the issue. However, that is not what happened. Instead they refused to remake the glasses until I removed the review below. They told me the issue was with the frame I picked and asked I select another frame. I did. We came to an agreement of the new frame and lenses. They then told me I would need to delete my review first before remaking the glasses. I asked them for a tracking number before I updated the review, as I would have changed it to a positive review to explain how they were willing to fix the issue. They refused to provide me with a tracking number, or even agree to provide me with one. I do have text messages from this exchange to prove they wouldn’t. I also fully believe that had I not wrote this original review they would not have reached out to fix the issue even though I emailed them twice to resolve it. They completely stopped responding when I stood my ground about the tracking. Before this interaction I had ordered several pairs of glasses from them and also had friends who ordered from them based on my recommendation. I have never had a single issue with any pairs I have ordered. However, the one time I do, this was how they decided to handle the situation. I will never purchase a single pair from them again. I reached out to them to let them know that one of the two pairs had something wrong with it. I emailed them the night I received them, and have yet to get a response. My sunglasses are great and I have order previously with out issue. However, it would be nice if they would get back to me to fix the issue.

Your lenses are complete garbage, cant see thru them. Same prescription from another company is fine, but not yours. Also the longevity of your lenses is not adequate they rust, break etc never buying from. Your company again. Yes there's an issue with the order.

Eye prescription wrong on all three glasses Ordered 2 glasses with same prescription and ordered another pair with a different prescription for reading music and ALL were wrong prescription. Crazy!
