The quality of frames are not good.

The glasses are super cute, but my prescription was all wrong. I can't ware them.

Really like the frames, but the script is totally incorrect. Cannot wear them.

One pair was supposed to be transition lenses and I received regular clear lenses.

Even though I really like the frames my lenses are not correct. I ordered progressive lenses and can distances fine but reading and close up is very distorted which makes me dizzy. So I will be returning them

I ordered 2 pairs of progressive glasses. I could not read out of either. I took my glasses to my eye doctor, they checked the prescriptions... on one pair, the increasing prescriptions went at an angle instead of being straight across. The other pair, the progressive started higher on one lense than the other. After going back and forth with the company over several emails, they agreed to remake one pair... not the second. My "new" glasses came in yesterday... distance vision is great, still can't read well out of them. BTW, I also ordered a pair of glasses with the same prescription, I received those and they are just fine! No problems with vision - near, far, or in between. They didn't even try to remake the second pair. Would not recommend this company.

I've been using progress galsses (indoor style for computer work and outdoor style) for about 20 years. I've been buying them online, primaily from one source, for 15 years. During a 3 pair for $119US promo event I'd thought I'd give Muukal Optical a try. The online order was straight forward, similar to other sites I've used. I ordered 3 of the exact same frame, lens and coatings. Shipping seemed a little slow, but I wasn't in a rush. When I did receive the package it didn't seem right. When I opened it I found two pair of galsses and not three. Upon further inspection I found these were not my glasses but someone elses. I notified Muukal and they found the mixup. The person who's glasses I had, had mine. Muukal paid each of us to ship the glasses to one another. Now I had my 3 pair of glasses. So far so good. When I tried wearing the glasses it was almot impossiple to see clearly anything but for a small window immediately in front of me. Anything remotely off to the sides of this pinpoint area was very distorted. I know you have to turn your head and not your eyes with progressives, but these lenses were too restrictive and not like any other pair of glasses I have ever owned. PLus, the outdoor tinting was very weak and barely darkened in full sunlight. Customer support tried to help with somewhat demeaning offerings like sending me diagrams showing me where on the lens to look for distance and reading. Not that it helped because the issue was in the lens, not my understanding of how to look through them. My understand was that returns would be subject to 50% penalty. I was willing to accept that, but I wasn't offered the option. I gave up. The glasses will be donated to charity and I'll order new ones from my previous supplier. Muukal has attentive support, but not fully helpful. The quality of the glasses are in line with what you pay for. Honoring their refund policy is questionable. It may work for you, it may not.

When I placed my order I kept trying to put my PD in as 60; but their system kept changing it to 63. So, when I got my glasses (2 pairs), I could NOT read ANYTHING. I emailed, and was told my rx was correct. I texted and was told to return. So, I returned them to the EXACT same address that was given on the label. But was later told, oh that’s incorrect. You need to send them to China. We will contact you when we get them. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them and I am out $120!
