Sorry, I'm afraid it's difficult for us to fulfill your request. At first, you said there were duplicate orders that needed to be cancelled, and then after the package was delivered, you said that a few of the glasses were not working. After a few days, you said that all the glasses were not working. So what is your request? Is your prescription correct because none of the glasses work for the customer? Don’t waste your time and money
I was unable to see properly through the first pairs of glasses I ordered. Had them remade and chose smaller frames at suggestion of representative. There was no improvement. Ordered from my previous online store and had no issues. Won’t use your site again and definitely won’t recommend!!

I PAID $139.00 AND DO NOT HAVE GLASSES.
I ordered 2 pair of premium progressive glasses. When I received then both pair were blurry. I took them to an optometrist and discovered that the no line bifocal was set way to high. I contacted Muukal immediately and let them know. I sent them pictures of the glasses that the optometrist marked where the bifocal line was and where it should be. I took pictures of myself in my glasses and the two pair made by muukal. They told me that the pair with the name Angelo was to big for me, so I picked out another frame named Renata to have made in place of Angelo. The pair named miller, I requested that they remake them using the marked line by the optician. I sent both pair back using the return address listed on the website and have sign confirmation that they were received by muukal. I have emailed them several times and have contacted them by text. They will not get back to me. I had hoped that I was getting glasses from an honest company, ordered and paid $139.00 on November 15th. It's December 17 and still no resolution. I'm 70, and just need my glasses made right.

Sorry, it's difficult for us to communicate with you. Whether you're 70 or 80 years old, first of all, after placed the order, you need to change the lens type of 2 pairs of glasses. We agreed, but after receiving the package, you said the glasses didn't work. We investigated the matter and found that the glasses were incredibly large. We agreed to remake 2 pairs, but you needed to choose the appropriate size. You kept talking to yourself and even returned all the glasses. We can't communicate at all. It's not that we don't want to deal with this matter, but you have been insisting on remaking those super large frames, but those are not suitable for you at all. Can you understand what we're saying?
