Glasses were shipped from China in a polybag. The first pair came with a big scratch in the middle of the lens, and the second pair is hard to see out of, so I think they got my prescription wrong in the second pair. Other than that, my frames were good and the prices were decent.

I really like the glasses I received. unfortunately the pair that was supposed to have transition lenses does not. I contacted customer service for assistance. their response was to keep asking for the order number which i cannot find in my emails. surely they could look it up by my name or phone number like other companies. I like the other 2 pair. Great fit and adjustment instructions were included.

I love my glasses but there was a long delay between the shipping lable being created and when they were actually shipped. I called and emailed to see why they hadn't been shipped only to get the runaround and no answers. Very poor customer service.

When my eyeglasses arrived they were fine and I really like them but the issue I have is I paid 19.99 expedited shipping and it took forever for my glasses to arrive. I ordered them on July 22nd and they did not arrive until August 6th. I do not consider that expedited shipping

I received 3 beautiful pairs of glasses. Two are great but one is difficult to see out of. Same prescription so idk what happened but I will attempt to get a corrected pair.
