The cheapest product I have ever purchased. They lasted a whole 5 minutes before the plastic lens just broke in half after falling on the floor. Don't buy from this company

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses. Each pair is unwearable. I’ve worn progressives for 25 years with no issue. I find it odd that three pairs from the same place are all unwearable. Each pair seems different in its issue. I’m not sure if the axis is off or if it’s the material of the lenses, but without a lensometer I can’t check them. I love all the frames, but they do me no good if I can’t wear the lenses.

The frames are okay but the progressive lenses are not aligned properly. I've been wearing progressives for a few years and know how they work. Very frustrating.

Improve your product it’s realy bad

I ordered 3 pair of progressive glasses. I received them quickly. I love the frames but the lenses were not right. I double checked the prescription and it was correct. I wore the glasses a bit but they made me dizzy. Each pair was slightly different. I contacted the company by text and they responded right away and determined that my frames were too big. I asked about returning them and getting smaller frames. Now no one answers my emails or texts. I have tried for about 2 weeks to contact them and they don't respond. I did this by text and email. Their website says I can return them and ask for a special code to reorder. They should have received my return on Tuesday and it is now Saturday. Still no response. I emailed and texted again. I just wanted to try again with smaller frames. I don't even care if I have to pay more. I couldn't use the glasses I received. It seems I am just out the money. Very poor customer service and they don't honor what they say on their website. That has been my experience. Here is an update on 1/18/2026 I went on their website and found an address in Plano, TX. This is where the glasses came from. I was concerned about getting money back because they say they have a 30 day return policy so I returned the glasses with a note and use tracking. I also texted and email saying I was returning the glasses. It cost me $8 which I was fine with. Now today they responded by text and said I had to return the glasses to an address in China. They also said that there is a 45% tariff and the cost to ship is $50. I said I sent the glasses to TX. I filed a dispute through PayPal and have yet to see the outcome from that. My recommendation is if you are 100% sure that you will get what you want from this company, then go for it. But if there is a chance you want to return or exchange you will likely not be happy. Their website doesn't say anything about being located in China. The return information is misleading because they don't intend on returning your money. Had I known it was a company located in China I would not have made the purchase. I got 3 pair of glasses that I couldn't see out of and now am just out about $130 and no glasses. The text today said I could get $60 back with out mailing the glasses back but I doubt that I will see that money. Buyer Beware! Especially if you need progressives. You get what you pay for.

2 of the 3 pairs I ordered worked. The round lensed pair are my favorite! I get so many compliments on them! They replaced the one pair that were made wrong According to them, the frames were too big even though they were the same size as a pair I got from the eye doctor that were fine. It's definitely an issue with the manufacturing. The amount of pushback I got for needing to use their guarantee was astounding. It was well into two weeks of back and forth with different reps before they finally agreed to remake them but only after I left a bad review and only if I agreed to take the bad review down. Then came the pushback on the frames. They kept trying to get me to select a cheaper pair but I didn't find any that I liked. I offered to pay the difference and only after threatening to get the bank involved to reverse the charges did they finally capitulate and get the pair I ordered. It took forever to arrive. I wasn't expecting them to expedite them like the first ones that I paid expedited shipping for because of the small price difference in the frames. I was satisfied enough to leave the false 5 star review and even recommend that my mom buy her glasses here. And this is where the problem comes in. My mom ordered 4 pair of glasses. As with mine, one pair has the prescription way off. They're pulling the same thing with her, fighting about the replacement frames. They claimed the first selection was too big, so she asked to get another of the rimless set that fits and has the right RX. They refused to accept the offer to make up the difference in price. Now they're ghosting her. This is something a lot of other people have noted. I feel awful for telling her to go here to get her glasses. I guess you can expect to get at least one pair that doesn't work. It just feels so dishonest to have to be extorted into removing a bad review just to get them to honor their guarantee.

My shipment arrived and everything is wrong. Emailed DAYS ago about it and have still gotten no reply. Edit: though they seem to have no record of the email i sent, through their site, this got their attention and im hoping they will work with me on the issues… Edit again/ they have repeatedly argued with me, and have been very condescending and rude-yet they refuse to do the ONE thing ive asked-SHOW me my order and prove that the problem is my fault! They keep ignoring this request…My search was for black and silver, silver was selected on the product images-so make certain you screenshot your cart!

My glasses were not ground properly . The PD and height were both wrong as checked by my doctor. Also the photo sensitive pair barely changed colour. A full refund without sending the glasses back, ($70 shipping I had to pay for) was never offered just a half price refund.I would not recommend this company. This is a Reply to your comment If you read my original prescription you would have kown what I was talking about . Now you are just being mean.
