From the moment I placed my order the customer service was excellent. I received an email asking for confirmation of my prescription as it is quite unusual. I sent confirmation which was acknowledged straight away. I received constant updates on the state of my order and once despatched, I was sent tracking information. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I could see where my order was at any time. I received my glasses, which were well packaged, in excellent condition. They fit perfectly and I have no issues with them whatsoever. I have been very impressed with MuukalOptical and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I am in love with the quality, price and style options. I got the three for $119 ($165.00 after tax & shipping) one polarized sunglasses and two photocromatic (color changing lenses). The sunglasses are dark and wonderful. I have light colored eyes and need dark lenses and they are amazing. I normally don’t get the changing lenses as the don’t get dark enough but these ones do. I’m so impressed. Also I am older and need progressive lenses and they have multiple options. I was able to get the best lenses and all the add ins for that price. So premium progressive, ultra level lenses with scratch resistant and blue light blockers. When you are adding it in to the cart it says each premium option is an additional premium but when you get to the payment screen under the coupons click the 3for $119 and it will take off all additional premium. I saved $500. I purchased 6 pairs of glasses last year from different online venders and they were not worth it but this time I knocked it out of the park.

I loved how fast they were delivered. The price was perfect for our budget. the glasses are awesome, clear, sharp, looked good and fit well. Might have to do minor adjustment, but with the instructions included, easy. Fast responses on any questions that I had. I was worried about purchasing on line, but this experience was great, thank you.
