MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Awesome prices. Lenses were made correctly. Time to receive my glasses a little longer than I had hoped as it took about 2 days longer to process/make my prescription. Overall very pleased.

I found frames that I like, lens options that work well for me, prices and deals are good, and I realized that I hadn't updated my prescription before submitting my order. I was in a panic! I contacted customer service and they helped correct the problem. Talk about a relief and amazing costumer service!

Overall I feel my experience with MuukalOptical as going smoothly and I received my glasses in good order. The only problem that I see is that the prices are in American and me being Canadian the cost is not known until checkout. It would be nice if this could be rectified.

Glasses were nice and well made

The quality of the glasses is very good

One pair has metal corners which seems delicate and sharp

Excellent quality frames and the prescription was accurate. Shipping however was very slow via postal service and took several weeks and was delayed at the local distribution for a week.

Very happy with the glasses good quality it’s not expensive and it doesn’t take long to have them. I would recommend. I love my glasses. Very very happy.
