Arrived on time. I like the glasses but they are a bit heavy. They are progressive and the up close is not right. I will call to see what can be done

Pros and Cons. In terms of getting a great deal (3 pairs of glasses for $119 USD).. you can't beat the price. The options are pretty decent. I've taken advantage of the 3 for $119 offer a total of four times since January. Of the 12 pairs of glasses I have received, 7 of them were not the right prescription. Same mistakes on all of those lenses, which tells me it's not just rare occurrence. Because they did such a decent job on my 2nd order (all 3 glasses were ok).. I figured I would re-order a couple of frames from my 1st order that had incorrect lenses. I figured it was cheaper to just get the same deal rather than having the lenses replaced locally or dealing with the inconvenience of sending the glasses back. SAME RESULT.. BAD LENSES. Then I thought.. hmm.. maybe the frames are just not good for my RX. i ordered for the 4th time and 2 out of 3 pairs of glasses had bad lenses. Additionally some of the frames seem a bit cheap. It's great to get a good deal especially when glasses can be so expensive, but often times.. you get what you pay for. Nonetheless, there is a wide variety of frames.. and each shipment arrived within 8 to 16 days which is acceptable. This company just needs to make sure they have a good team of technicians making the lenses and inspecting the quality of customer's prescriptions. ***UPDATE (9-9-25): I did not email Muukal with my order numbers in order to resolve any issues for reasons I mentioned in my original post. 50% of the glasses were good.. so I figured I still paid a good price for 5-6 pair of glasses. I probably will even order again sometime because the prices are so good. But, I am happy to send an email with my order numbers if you would like verification of my purchases. Thank you!

I received my order and was disappointed that I got sent two identical pairs of frames. I did not even order that frame.

I got 3 pairs of glasses. One arrived with broken lenses; one arrived with a VERY small close-up reading area in the progressive lenses; one arrived with nearly perfect workmanship.

Two of the pairs were out of focus for me, and when I put a text through to support I have not received an email back as promised within 24 hours

Both pairs of glasses were great. The prescription allowed me to see out of them quite easily. The prescription sunglasses were not so good. I was not able to see out of them at all. And all I needed them for was to drive with. I'm very disappointed in the sunglasses.

I can't wear them. When I try to read, the page itself is normal on top but as you look at the rest of the page, it starts forming a vee. It makes me nauseous to wear them. Please help!

Glasses fit fine. Only was disappointed because the picture has the glasses a lot lighter with different colors whereas the colors pretty much only show up in the light. The pair I got looked so much like my old pair. I was looking for something different. Was very disappointed.
