Never again I use this company to buy glasses. Long time waiting for my glasses. When finally I got a pair of glasses, one is horrible and the other too lose, they only refund me 50% of the purchase. Very disappointed.

Sorry, the prescription in the order is from 2024 and there are signs of tampering. We offer an unconditional refund of 50%. You left a bad review while saying thank you, which we believe is unreasonable

I am very disappointed in this company n will never purchase from you again.. my prescription is wrong as u am farsighted as I can be. How nearsighted got on my scrip I don’t understand n it’s not on my Orginal copy., I would ever pay 90 plus dollars for Readers. I wanted progressive lenses. Refund would be great.

They cancelled my order and never sent me an email or anything to let me know so I’ve been sitting here waiting for my glasses to ship not knowing what is going on. When I finally asked what was going on they said my very normal house address is “rather unusual” so they could not deliver it???? Terrible and stupid 👎🏻

Not worth the price. I got 2 pairs but are extremely flimsy. Just tryed to titen the nose price and completely snapped. The other the lends won't stay in. Think its because I have bifocals. And the frame themselves dont work for that. The people that work for the company are rude. I email because I didnt get a date of a around about date I world get them. When I ask about. The person was rude say can't be made in a day. Like no shite im only want a around about date. Never go with this company in lease you like give money for cheaply made products the you won't even get to wear before it breaks.

I am not able to wear the glasses. Something is off with the prescription. I was only refunded %50. I offered to send back the glasses for full refund but would have to pay shipping and customs. That would end up being more than what the glasses are worth. I am stuck with glasses that don’t work. Communication is very difficult because of time difference in China. Will not recommended or ever purchase from here again.

I can’t see out of any of the glasses I purchased even though I put in my script the exact same as from optometrist .
