I need to return two of the three pair of glasses.

Prescription is wrong

The frames are great but it is a shame the lenses are poor. For my prescription glasses, they got the distance vision correct but near/reading horribly wrong. It is fine to see from the top half of the glasses but any thing close is blurry. Turns out that you have to return the glasses to China at your expense! Their website never mentions International shipping for return under warranty. In fact it is deceptive and gives Customer service address in Plano, TX. So, if you need non prescription or single vision glasses, they may have a great deal but anything more complex is hit or miss. Do check the BBB for huge number of complaints.

They told me to choose a new frame, but that it had to be 40mm high. They arrived and fit fine, although I lost two pairs. I placed a new order for three pairs, and all three are 40mm high. They arrived yesterday, but I can't see well with them. I understand again that it's the progressive lenses. I know that if I file another complaint, I'll lose my money again. I'm disappointed. Would Not Recommend getting glasses from Muukal Optical. The glasses are not the right Prescription as I get headaches from them. And upon ordering them I didn’t realize they came from out of the country!!!!!!

The glasses are very cheap quality. Done of them fit my face with taking to a store for adjustments. I’ve gotten better quality frames just buying readers over the counter. They seem to be my prescription, just low quality. I bought glasses on another site for 50 each and they were much better quality frames. So it’s not a matter of get what you paid for.

I’m disappointed in the glasses as my vision is blurry with them especially the sun gladses.
