can't see well at a distance or up close—for reading.I have to turn my head up, down, and to the right to find the spot in the lens that allows me to see a little. I have to keep my head constantly tilted 15–20 degrees to the right in order to see. It’s a terrible job, and I am angry that I hired your company for such a delicate task.

Hello, we have received your comment. Are you saying the glasses don't work? Could you please send the original prescription? We will investigate this matter. Thank you

I ordered progressive lenses from them…
I ordered progressive lenses from them with my prescription. They decided to change my PD on the glasses, making them unwearable. I emailed them about it and they told me it didn't make a difference. Horrible glasses and horrible customer service. Edit: After posting this, they emailed me. I showed them my screenshots from the original order with the correct PD, since they changed it on the website. They continued to email me asking for my original prescription, etc, culminating into a $60 bribe to delete my review. I told them no because I don't want anyone else to go through this.

Read their warranty and refund policy
Read their warranty and refund policy. You will Never get a replacement or refund when something goes wrong. This is what happened to me. This is a Chinese run business and they will treat you like your nothing.
edit 10/15
Company has agreed to refund me the money they dupped me into paying for another set rather than what I thought were discount for two sets as were my original order. So they refused to refund/replace my sets but had me pay for another pair making me think it was for two. It's been six days since they stated they will refund me and I heard nothing. Repeated emails went silent.
THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH when you have problems with your order.

A Disappointing Waste of Time and Money
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing progressive lenses from Muukal Optical. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money.
I spent a over $80 on prescription glasses with progressive lenses that were not made correctly. What should have been a simple purchase turned into almost TWO MONTHS of back-and-forth communication trying to get the issue resolved.
When I requested that the lenses be remade correctly, Muukal Optical told me I would have to choose a different frame. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I already own the EXACT SAME FRAME from another optical company, with progressive lenses, and I can see perfectly fine through those glasses. Clearly, the frame itself is not the issue.
Rather than simply correcting the problem, Muukal initially offered me a $25 credit on a purchase that cost over $80. That was completely unacceptable to me considering I had paid for prescription glasses that I couldn't use properly.
After nearly two months of dealing with this situation, I was so frustrated that I offered what I felt was a very reasonable compromise. I requested a refund of ONLY the $58.69 I paid for the progressive lenses and agreed to take the financial loss on the frames. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, despite not receiving a properly functioning pair of glasses.
Even then, Muukal Optical would only agree to refund $50.
At that point, I reluctantly accepted their offer, not because I felt it was fair or because the issue had been satisfactorily resolved, but because I was completely exhausted from dealing with this company and did not want to waste any more of my time.
So, after almost two months of frustration, I ended up losing money on glasses I couldn't properly use, simply because I wanted the ordeal to be over.
What bothers me most is the lack of accountability. When a customer purchases prescription progressive lenses, they should be able to expect accurate lenses or a reasonable resolution when something goes wrong. Customers should not have to spend weeks repeatedly advocating for themselves just to receive a partial refund.
I gave Muukal Optical multiple opportunities to make this right. Instead, I was left feeling that getting me to accept less money was more important than actually correcting the problem.
My advice is to think very carefully before ordering progressive lenses from Muukal Optical. Any potential savings are meaningless if the glasses aren't made correctly and you end up spending nearly two months fighting for a resolution, only to lose money in the end.
I will never purchase from Muukal Optical again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone who depends on accurate progressive lenses.
UPDATE — October 10, 2026: Offered $20 to Delete My Review
After nearly two months of fighting to get a resolution for incorrectly made progressive lenses, Muukal Optical has now contacted me with this exact message:
"Hello, we can offer you a refund of another 20 US dollars. Please delete your review, okay?"
They previously refused to refund the full $58.69 I paid for the progressive lenses, agreeing to only $50. Yet now they're offering an additional $20 while asking me to delete my negative review.
They wouldn't refund the additional $8 I requested to settle the original issue, but they're willing to offer $20 (which still isn't the full amount) after I shared my experience publicly.
I find this extremely concerning. Customers deserve to know how a company handles problems, including what happens after an honest negative review is posted.
I will not delete my review in exchange for money. My experience is factual, and other potential customers deserve to know about it.

One pair is correct, 2 are not!
3 pairs for $119! Such a deal- however, only one pair is the correct prescription!
Customer service stands by their claim that they are the correct prescription; But the blurry vision and dizziness tell no lies.
Not sure how they proceed from here- stay tuned!
2 of the 3 frames are very good, the 3rd, flimsy.
So far, 1 pair of glasses for $119! Not terrible but not what I expected
Looks like they don't like bad press and they've asked me for the order number here, they could just respond to the emails I have sent them!

Don't Get Progressives
Ordered three pairs of progressive lenses. None lineup properly at all with where the lines are supposed to be where the prescription switches strength. Took them to an eyeglass place to have them reviewed to make sure it wasn't just me. Oof.

My lenses were not ground correctly
My lenses were not ground according to the prescription, verified by an optician. I was only refunded 50% of payment, even though it was within 30 days from purchase.
10-3-26_ just thought I would let you know, I now have CORRECT lenses from an American company that I can see perfectly with. But I am using the sunglasses for driving. How can I see distance to drive, if the PD was so far off!!!!
Response from MuukalOpticalOct 1, 2026
I'm very sorry, according to your photo, your PD is at most 65, but you insist on 70, which is a huge difference, so the glasses must not be used
