I ordered 2 pair of glasses, great price and got them on time. One pair does not have the prescription in the right place on the lens, the other pair is great. I am having a hard time getting in touch with the optical department to send them back. I am not good with a computer and can not find a receipt or phone number.

Glasses fit well and the script for my far vision seems to match my old pair (vision did not change, just wanted a new look) but the near vision is not the same. I am in my 40s and am just starting to have problems with presbyopia BUT it is not enough yet to need bifocals per my optometrist. I can put on my old pair and see things up close fairly well but it is much these glasses and I have to take them off much sooner than I do my old pair, which tells me the script is not correct.

I bought 3 pairs of glasses, 2 are perfect, but the 3rd one is wrong. I can’t see at all on near stuff and far away looks crazy, like there's a prism or something. I will try sending it back. The price was very good though, cheaper by far than other sites.

I have purchased approximately 15 pairs of prescription glasses from Muukal Optical. I have had a few pairs that didn’t work for me. They remade two pairs of glasses using different frames that I selected. One of the remade pairs was even worse, but I didn’t complain because I appreciated the effort. I have noticed that the frames that are made with metal arms are not very sturdy. I had a few pairs that I did not realize were going to be that flimsy. so moving forward, I will never again purchase wire frames from this company. My final complaint is that I had a pair of glasses remade, and when they did that, they automatically deleted a pair of glasses off my order history, even though it wasn’t the glasses that they redid! So now I cannot see the details of the original order completely. The pair of glasses I had a question about was a pair that came with clip-on sunglasses. Whenever I purchase glasses that come with clip-on sunglasses, I ALWAYS invariably order transitional lenses that will darken when I go outside because my eyes are extremely sensitive to sunlight, and I never want to be without some type of protection for my eyes. (Sometimes I misplace my clip-ons.) I contacted the company to ask if they could please look at my order history and tell me if I definitely did order the transitional lenses on a very specific pair of glasses, or if they made a mistake and did not complete my order correctly. They acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying. I was very insulted by this because I had to re-explain; suddenly they acted like there was a language barrier, even though they have NEVER ever had an issue understanding what told them before. I was willing to accept blame for not getting the transitional lenses, if it was my mistake, but judging by their silence after being asked a couple of times, I believe they screwed up and don’t want to deal with me anymore. I’m also suspicious that it was their mistake and not mine because when they were remaking a pair of glasses for me (which I definitely did order with transitional lenses), they sent me an email with all the details and I had to confirm it being correct or let them know what was wrong. In that email, I could clearly see that they forgot to put the transition lens on, so I let them know immediately. I’ve decided that I will not be purchasing any new lenses from them in the future. I will be checking out their competition for good deals since I know that Payne eyewear is nice quality even though it’s a little more expensive. I guess you do get what you pay for.

I paid extra $4.95 for express delivery. My order came 16 days later. Shipping tracking was extremely difficult to load.

I ordered 3 pairs during a promo. I liked the fit and styles but I do not like the progressive lenses. I have tried to slowly get used to them but get headaches and a lot of blurring when moving around. I would order again but not with the progressive lenses.

confusing pricing. showed 119 for 3 in promo. charged 140. refunded in part after complaint. communication is hard as staff appears to be in china and using buggy translation software. glasses are ok so far. compared to goggles4u, this is worse overall.

One pair were not photochromic like I ordered and when asking them about it they replied "all glasses are tested 3 times"... maybe should test 4 because my glasses are not photochromic. Will not order again.
