I ordered 3 pairs of “premium progressives” from Muukal in Nov of 2025. Here are my thoughts on the product received, and the company I received them from. Poor quality - progressives will have faint writing on the lenses that you cannot remove. You may not notice this until light catches them in just the right way. When that happens, it’s annoying as can be. I reached out to their support. When contacting support they claim that all progressives have this writing - yet I’ve never had this problem before with other vendors. These "premium progressives” do not feel premium. I notice far more distortion, and headaches than I do with my other pairs (from other vendors). If you have had a good pair of progressives before, these are NOT them. Poor customer service - don't be fooled by the Texas return address, on their website. when (not if) you have a problem, they will only accept them to their China warehouse - and they will use the costs of international shipping, and duties/customs charges to leverage you into accepting a partial refund. Note: They will also require that you remove any bad reviews to receive that partial refund. I don’t know where their customer service is located, but the times of responses would suggest they are somewhere in Asia. Don’t expect to resolve issues quickly. Update: They offered me a partial refund of $60 to remove my original review. Review has been edited to reflect my experience and provide more factual information. If current-me could go back in time and tell past-me not to order from this company, I would. Additionally, I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve tried to unsubscribe from their marketing emails, never seems to work. Update2: the offer to remake with a fainter mark was NEVER offered until this post went back up. Don’t trust anything this company says.

I should have received progressive lenses. But did not. I can only see at a distance with theses glasses. Even though I sent a copy of my prescription. I love the frames. But cant wear the glasses at all.

My script is the same that I am presently wearing and out of the three pairs of glasses that I ordered I cannot see out of any of them. They are very strong and the script is the same as what I presently wear.

My sunglasses arrived damaged. I went to put them on for the first time & the lens popped out! There were expensive & I would like to speak to a rep instead of emails not answered. So far, not happy with customer service.

OK, I took a chance, and ordered THREE pairs for a special deal. This was really a great offer, because of the price! The round pair was perfect. The cat eye pair seemed perfect at first, but when I went outside, the lenses turned dark! I DID NOT ORDER this feature! The third pair was a rimless pair, that was SUPPOSED to be high index, but they ARE NOT. They are MUCH thicker than the other two pairs, and look awful! So out of the three pairs, only one of them is what I actually ordered. I really wanted to believe in this company because the styles are very nice, but NOT a great first experience.

The frames are great but I can't see clearly through the lenses. I finally got a local shop to check and mark the grind. The PD (sight location) is 70 instead of the needed 61 mm distance. Muukal ignores my text and there is no way to get them to help. Terrible experience. No customer service. The sent a $30 refund on the $72 purchase but I wanted glasses, and would still prefer the correct lenses.

I have not received my order
