Easy to order, customer service did contact, reply back to me within one business day. (located different Country, time difference). Customer Service was good, although it may be difficult for anyone who isn't comfortable, or able to use just "tech" such as text and/or email. Material of frames I got wasn't highest quality, but look good. But, frames were only $10, so for the cost, 10-STARS. Make sure you MEASURE existing pair of glasses you have, use those measurements when finding frames that will fit your face. The only reason 4 star is it does take long time to get order, so if your in a rush, don't use.

I ordered my classes with the 3 pair sale. I choose this company due to them having the FL-41 lenses due to sever migraines. I was apprehensive to say the least due to other reports of their lasses breaking after only a few days and if the FL-41 lenses would make a difference. I glad to report that not only are my glasses frames beautiful , they are still intact, the FL-41 lenses are a game changer for me. I got the darkest tint they have. I like them so much I'm going to order the other two tints. My other lenses also have a blue light blocking coat wich makes watching tv, looking at my phone/ computer so much better. I am able to use the technology for more than just a few min at a time. The only negative I can think of is the length of time it took for my classes to arrive even with the middle level of paid delivery fees. Over all I am very impressed by this company as it stands now.

I used a coupon for 3 pairs of glasses. It was a great deal. 2 pairs are perfect the 3rd is kinda small. It was definitely sized wrong on the website.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Muucal in the last few years.The glasses are a great deal. They make them quickly. My only complaint is with the shipping. Tracking my package, it was a week after it was "shipped" before it was finally sent to the next facility, in the same state.

It took a couple days for my eyes to adjust to my new glasses and have to get them adjusted

Everything went well. My only comment would be that I would like more communication with updates along the way.

One pair out of 3 is perfect, another 2 I feel progressive lenses not devided correctly . But in general I’m very happy with frames and delivery was good( as expected)
