Glasses are cheap and flimsy. prescription isn't correct. Delivery took 3 weeks which would have been nice to know before purchasing. Also the return policy. says guarantee they are crap. I have email customer service 3 days ago and haven't heard back. DO NOT ORDER

You claim I did receive a "Transition Lense" and tell me that sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes for them to darken. They do not darken, even after a full hour in the sun. The other 2 pair are full sunglasses that are supposed to be transitions as well. Not even one pair of transitions in the lot of 3. I received 2 sunglasses and one regular. The only thing that was correct was that they did have progressive lens. Very disappointed in your service. I would have been happy if only ONE pair had followed the order...

I've checked yet again, the prescription was correct, but these progressive lenses are unusable. The reading zone is so small and low I have to hold items to my chest and tilt my chin while straining eyeball direction down. Instant headaches. Completely useless. Terrible service. Terrible glasses.

I received three prescription eyeglasses, which fit fairly well, but the vision was very blurry. I worked with the customer service department for two weeks adhering to their every request. After receiving final word on the correct PD number, customer service still refused to remake the glasses or make it right.

Sorry, the PD you filled in was 63. After testing 2 weeks later, you said the PD was 64. To be honest, there is basically no difference between 63 and 64. The problem is not PD, but other aspects. Of course, we are willing to remake it after finding the real problem. Thank you for your understanding and patience

I told you multiple times that I can’t see out of any of my three pairs of glasses and you only gave me $40 back of my money. You won’t stand by your money back guarantee. I have 30 emails with you where I keep telling you I can’t see out of my other two pairs and you continue to ignore them. You are a horrible company that will not stand behind their ‘money back guarantee’.

You purchased 4 pairs of glasses worth $164, and you said one of them doesn't work. We made a new one, but you said it still doesn't work. We refunded $40 immediately . What's the problem with this? One pair of glasses is worth $40, sorry

🛑WARNING!!!👀🚫 I purchased the 3 for $119 deal on November 30, 2025. HORRIBLE IDEA! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE LENSES! The lenses were IMPOSSIBLE to see out of - like twisting my vision! It hurt! Muukal would NOT honor their own guarantee. They have ghosted me. I've tried to communicate with them and resolve this but they will not. I have all the emails and texts to prove it. I'm disputing this purchase and I am warning EVERYONE...STAY AWAY FROM MUUKAL and WARN YOUR FRIENDS! Please repost this warning on social media so they won't cause any more fraud, false advertising, failure to produce a usable product, lies, refusal to honor their guarantee, and scams! Ordered 2 pair of progressives. Both came with the wrong PD (out by over 10mm) - this was confirmed by an optomatrist and results sent to Muukal. After numerous emails (with them blaming me for the error), they had me take pictures of the frames on and then claimed the frames were "too big" - no where on the site was there a PD range nor did it state anything when I submitted the order. Initially said I could order another pair under $20 and they would replace the one pair - I refused. Then they said they would give me a $50 refund - again I refused as I would still be out $88 - I wanted a full refund as per their policy "If you receive the wrong items which are not what you ordered, please contact us with a photo of the package and the wrong items. We will resend you the correct items immediately. Note: There is no need to return any of the wrong items." They said they would refund me if I shipped the glasses back paying for the shipping and customs in both Canada and China. I again refused as that is not what their policy states. They will no longer communicate with me. BRUTAL customer service!! In response to your reply - I did NOT make the mistake .. no where did it say that these frames would not work and you still went ahead and processed them WRONG. what do I want? I want a refund as your policy says WITHOUT me having to pay to send them back
