I was concerned about my prescription, customer service was lacking/slow and of course pretty sure English was their 2nd language as I had to repeat my question several times and still never really recieved an appropriate response. While my glasses arrived in a timely manner, they were all supposed be light transition glasses, be careful as the one pair I ordered looked "nothing" like the frame in the picture while in the fine print, they note colour may vary, these were completely different. My second pair, I chose the dark tint (black) so they could be used as sunglasses and also paid for blue light blocking, they arrived and they are not tinted darker for light transitioning, the lenses are black, they cannot be used indoors and they still charged for the blue light blocking, completely useless to use while working, reading or anything else unless outdoors with the sun blaring. Third pair seem to be the only ones that were as described. When you try to reach them regarding the issues you need to jump through about 50 humps to do so, make sure you read the return/refund policy. I won't be ordering again .

The sale was three pair for 116$ but mine were $164. Please explain.

The quality of the frame was poor but the prescription was good. Also I was sent the wrong frame. I am glad I only brought 2 pair because I question what I would have been sent for a third pair.

One of the pair I ordered was super cute but the other one looked very cheaply made. I won’t be able to wear them in public. The prescription was done very well though. I can see through them perfectly.

I ordered the black heart frames with bats and I love how unique they are. But because they are oversized and were stuffed into a case that was too small, one of the bats broke off. I super glued it instead of sending them back and it worked, but the frame quality is cheap. However, the prescription is right, so if you're just looking for seasonal glasses...(Halloween in my case)... They're fine. Turnaround time from order to arrival was about 2 weeks.

I was impressed with the selection of frames and really impressed with the email I received after I placed my order for 3 pairs of Rx sunglasses to confirm it was correct. I was disappointed, though when I received my order, because I thought I had ordered mirrored tints on 2 of the 3 pairs and they were just tinted, and not tinted dark enough to really even be considered sunglasses. It was my error, I misread the description, but to be classified as sunglasses and not be tinted enough to do anything as far as sun protection was kind of a bummer.
