I ordered 3 pair and 2 of them the vision is blurry the 3rd pair vision is perfect but that tells me with the other 2 there was an error in making the prescription lenses

Not for those with high prescription above -5.00. Even the short lenses are distorted. Customer service is very rude. Only buy if your rx is very low and you don't mind cheap quality glasses. They once offered me a full refund if I deleted my review but that's a dishonest practice. Muukal, don't bother looking me up. I am not interested in doing business with you anymore.

My left progressive lens seems to be off. The placement of the progressive is not lined with my pd. Can only wear for short periods get eye strain bad.

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from this company. I really like the ones I ordered for my self but they are easy prescriptions. I ordered a pair for my husband and he can't see out of them. I ordered a pair from a different company and he loves them. I contact your company to resolve this and you want pictures with his old glasses and new glasses. Not sure what this is going to do since they are different prescriptions. So this is your way of not fixing the problem. I will not order another pair for either of us if you can't fix this issue.
