Muukal was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I ordered three pairs of prescription glasses, and all three arrived with prescriptions so far off that they were completely unusable. After reaching out, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked for multiple unnecessary items, including photos of myself wearing the glasses and additional copies of my prescription. This felt excessive and did nothing to address the actual problem. Their proposed solutions were either: Return the glasses to China at my own expense (including international shipping and customs fees), or Accept a partial refund that doesn’t come close to what I paid Neither option is reasonable when the error was not mine. At this point, I am still trying to obtain a proper resolution. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Muukal, especially for prescription lenses where accuracy is critical.

Second order from Muukal and I was so disappointed. I was sent sunglasses with no tenting and a frame with defects in the nose (rough bumps) that make them unwarable. I was promised replacements for both glasses and waited.... That was Feb 5. I reached out again March 3 requesting an update and to let them know one of the pair had broken after extremely limited use. I received no response. End of March, I was finally able to get ahold of someone via their text line. I was told I can return them, AT MY COST, for a full refund. (They estimate return shipping to be $50.) Or keep the defective glasses for a partial refund. This is not what I was promised initially nor what their own warranty on their website states. "3 month replacements on defects in material or workmanship." I LOVED my first order and had referred multiple people to them. Also, I'm still wearing my first order glasses. Not ideal, as the updated prescription was to try and help with chronic migraines. Being disabled, I have extremely limited options. To Muukal: I just got my partial refund. You've had 2 months to fix the issues and have refused to abide by your own warranty.

Received wrong prescription in my glasses. They didn't make it right. Now I am out my money. Very disappointed. In response to your reply. I ordered bifocal lenses. You admitted in your email you made a mistake by sending progressives instead. What you are saying otherwise is a total untruth. Do not put your error on me.

After purchasing two pairs of glasses, regrettably I hd to return them. The lenses on both were very distorted. Also, buyer beware. You are not getting a full refund. My mistKE NOT CATCHING that before ordering.

If I could give you a 0 I would. I can not see out of my lens. The bifocal is not set in the right spot. I emailed and asked how to return them because they were done wrong. I was told NO they were not and to take a pic and send. Excuse me? Yes they are wrong! Now I’m wearing an old pair 3 years old that fall off my face. Thanks! Don’t even offer to correct it. Advertise 100% guarantee but don’t mean it. Terrible company with worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and get your glasses somewhere else. I don’t k own the exact date and I’m not looking it up for you

I wish there was a zero star feature. Not a single pair of progressives (I bought six pairs!) was done correctly. The field of vision is extremely narrow; I had to lift the frames to even find it. Great designs, crap lenses. Don't waste your money. No satisfaction with replacement, and an ungenerous policy for return.

I ordered the 3‑pair glasses deal for $119 and received them on time, but unfortunately none of the glasses are usable. I submitted the correct prescription, yet I cannot see clearly out of any of the three pairs. I reached out through email and text message and received replies, but no actual resolution. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and there is no clear information on how to return the glasses or get a refund. At this point, I’m out $119 and stuck with three pairs of glasses I cannot use. If the glasses had been made correctly, I would have had no issue but that wasn’t the case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
