I ordered 1.74 high index lenses. I got polycarbonate, the lenses are 1/4 inch thick.Actually the lens thickness on each pair are different. They look horrible and I'm throwing them away

Paid $20 for express shipping and my items arrived well past 6-12 day (17 days). I ordered cases that were not included in my shipment. Items arrived taped tightly in a plastic mailer envelope with no protection. None of the lenses received any kind of smoothing and the edges are very sharp. My lenses are not thick, but the sharpness surrounds the entire frame edge. The frames themselves are very cute, but I will be ordering elsewhere to get more wearable glasses.

Prescription did not work and even though they state returns..This did not happen. I was actually ghosted when requesting to return 3 pair of glasses that didn't work. Will not buy from them again.

The lens in the right side is loose and I need them to see so I can’t send them back.

I guess I was expecting a better quality and I just hoping that the prescription is something I have to get used to, because I cannot where them at all at work. There is no near sited where I can see up close. They’re ok to drive, but completely different than my other prescription glasses.

I ordered 3 pair of glasses and love the look of each of them. However, the lenses do not seem to be EXACTLY the same in any of the three pair. There is not a single pair that I can put on and use " out of the case". I didnt read the fine print closely and once I realized it's only a 50% refund, I will just take the hit and order from somewhere else. Hopefully, I will recognize that you really do get what you pay for.

Horrible service and product. They never refunded me. They are a scam.

4/17 - Update - as of now they still have not responded to me. I wish there was a way to put pictures on here so I could show the entire text chain. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and all of a sudden I got my money back. So yes, they finally gave me my money back after all the trouble I went through however I still have not gotten a response from them. Original post — My glasses don’t work for me. They say they made them correctly however the seg height for the progressive lenses is not in the correct location. They told me they would give me a refund then stopped responding to me. Response to their comment— How about next step is you refund me like you said you would... really weird you can reply to my review but not my text messages... also I have worn larger frames for 10 years or more so it confused me why you are the only person who says they are too big .... Once you provide me a full refund for all purchases I will update my post… if you want the glasses back I already said I would bring them to you and you also continue to ignore me when I ask when I can bring them to you. At this point if you want them I feel you should send me a return label as I have gone out or my way to resolve this matter without making it public… I wish I could upload pics of all the text messages trying to resolve this
