DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Terrible experience. Uncooperative customer service. I bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses. The prescription is incorrect. I cannot see out of them. They are refusing to refund my money. Just keep making excuses. And now they won’t even respond to my emails or texts. It says they are in Plano but they are really in China. I would have never purchased there had I known. Edited: I haven’t received any remade glasses. As I’ve been trying to tell customer service, I waited a week before trying the glasses that I do have. I wore each pair for 2 days each and they are blurred. I cannot see out of them. I am a very honest person. I just want things made right. It is very inappropriate for a customer service representative of a company to make such rude replies to a paying customer. IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO BUY FROM???

Its lenses are not the right rx!! They make me feel nauseous when wearing, a total waste of money

The cheapest glasses I ever seen first week the arm is broken. The next pair the lens popped out. They refused to replace them with a stronger frame even after I paid them extra to do so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they have the cheapest glasses they do not last at all.

I can not see out of any of the glasses, I need to return all 3 pair and do not know how to do that, so I would like some direction. Order # 12604255893

I loved this company at first I have had many orders, but they are all breaking in some way. My last order two snapped in two weeks Iv contacted the company many times no response at all. The cream pair arm dropped off, they did send me similar one but plain glass ( I’m blind as a bat ) no good to me I sent msgs re thus no response again. It’s a shame but the last order final straw. I have pictures of all broken frames there’s 6 but not sure how to upload them.

My glasses arrived late and shattered When I tried reaching out for a refund or a replacement I was told I have to change my review if I wanted to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. they are unprofessional and unreasonable not to mention threatening and completely useless!!

They have great frames and the prices are too good to be true... because the are. I purchased 3 glasses from Muukal, 2 from Wherelight, 3 from Ublins and 2 from Zeeglasses all at the same time. I have all 10 pair and have worn ALL of them multiple times all day long. While the stylish frames are absolutely divine the glasses with your prescription are HORRIBLE. I get headaches from wearing the glasses, my vision was blurry at times and I could not see well in them. I noticed that these problems ONLY happened with the glasses that I purchased from Muukal Optical. Wish this wasn't the case but it's not worth the money

GLASSES BROKE AT THE SIDE OF EYEGLASS CIRCLE IN LESS THAN THREE MONTHS AND I WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GENTLE WITH THEM.
