I purchased prescription glasses using the bogo offer. One pair is better than the other as far as the progressive lenses go. Neither pair will be useful for work. They will have to worn at home when actually seeing close up isn’t needed.

The glasses came in a timely fashion and fit, but they have only about 45 degrees of forward vision. Look to the side at all and everything becomes blurry, unlike all the other glasses I have had before (and the old ones I have now). Unfortunately, this makes them basically unusable for daily wear.

I was send the wrong colored frame. It is suppose to be purple multicolored. I ended up with brown and yellow. Customer service was very difficult to find and then deal with. I sent pictures and there is no purple in this frame but customer service says it is the correct frame. Do not purchase from this company, they make it very difficult to return items!

I was very excited to wear my cutzy progressive lenses. I bought 2 pair in the special they were having. I'm disappointed that I cant wear either pair. I'm hoping to have assistance in trying to get these to fit my eyes so as to use the progressives. About 2 months ago I bought a pair from another mail order and they fit perfectly! Muukal please don't disappoint me! I'd like to become a loyal customer, as of now I cant......

One of the glasses has a lense fell out when I received it. And the second pair did not feel right in my eyesight level.

This is my second order with muukal. The first order was perfect. This order is terrible. I ordered three pairs of glasses with tinted lenses & they came with clear lenses. A pair I previously ordered came with thicker lenses & noticeably heavier compared to my last pair.

I did not put in the P.D. on my prescription and the lenses are way off! I didnt have the P.D. written down at the time and wasnt sure what it was. I will need them redone PLEASE!

The reader part is too high and blurs the vision part.
