I bought 6 pair of glasses from you and I am so unsatisfied with these cheap glasses. I only like one pair that feel solid, the rest are either super flimsy or the prescription feels off. The close range prescription are awful and are hard to use and see, I have to take them off to read.

Ordered glasses using their 3 pairs offer. Uploaded prescription etc. Glasses were ordered. Out of the blue they cancelled order saying my prescription too high and they couldn't make them for price. No mention of this in their sales pitch. Terrible service They shouldn't offer the product if they can't honour it or put provisos on their website. False advertising

The only thing good was how fast they came to me and actually the quality of the frames. I was expecting it to take longer and for the frames to be cheapy. After that, everything was TERRIBLE. The prescriptions weren't correct. When I emailed them, they had me show them the actual prescription to make sure it was typed in correctly. After seeing it was correct on my side, they had me send in photos of me with the glasses I have been using compared to the three they sent me to make sure they were correct that way. They were correct in all ways on my side. After that, they didn't know what to do. I asked for a refund because they wouldn't "fix" them. They only offered half of the amount and I would still have to pay for shipping and all taxes to go with it. I'm sure they would have been fine if the prescriptions were correct. In fact, my sister did the same thing and hers were fine. But this is ridiculous. If you order from them, you'd better hope they are correct or you will get screwed as well.

Update: After leaving a negative review we received a text from their (256) 668-8891 customer service chat number to my daughter’s phone number. They offered her a refund if she deleted her review, and she said she’d only delete it if they actually honored their displayed policy. They then replied with the following threat (I wish we could upload photos here to show the crazy things they said): - “I hope your personality won't cause you big trouble. Obviously, there is a problem” - “If you continue to harass our company, we will make the whole world know you We have your photo, we hope it won't be a problem” This is frightening behavior for simply leaving an honest review of her experience. Original review: Avoid this fake eyewear company at all costs. Their lenses are awful and unusable, and they refuse to honor their money back guarantee on defective products (just read all the 1 star reviews here). I bought my daughter 2 pair of single focus glasses, and it was obvious just seeing them on her face the lenses were jokingly unusable. When you contact them to return your glasses, they offer to refund you a fraction of your cost, or tell you you must pay international shipping to return them (contrary to their states policies on their website). When you insist your glasses are damaged and unusable, they simply stop replying. They are a scam. They lie to get out of refunding damaged/faulty items, and they threaten you with exorbitant shipping costs, when every other company on the planet sends you a prepaid shipping label. Then when you have no recourse and leave a bad review, they extort and bribe you to remove your review. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Do not like them at all Cannot wear them

I ordered bifocal never wore progressive can't wear progressive. One pair was suppose to be sunglasses.

UPDATE: WOW, WHAT LIARS!!! First off, I asked about the polished edges on my lenses BEFORE I even placed an order and NOT afterwards. Secondly, the fact I cannot wear the glasses, and they won't replace them is shady business practices. I then asked for a refund of my FSA dollars and THEY REFUSED! And, still NOTHING WHATSOEVER from anyone in that company!!! And as for the other, I have had zero issues with Zenni, Vooglam, Zeelool and Firmoo (which us where my son got his glasses from in April). SO AGAIN, I REITERATE PLEASE DO NOT, and I truly mean, DO NOT, buy from this Optical Shop. I paid extra on certain amenities, such as having the edges of my lenses polished, a wider progression on my bifocal, Blue Light Blocking, and all the coatings, and NONE of it was done! What's worse my sunglasses arrived bent and cannot be worn at all. They literally fall off my face! I have sent, MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE, and they NEVER reached out to me on how we could address the situation. If you want great glasses go to Zenni, Vooglam, and Zeelool and you won't be disappointed. This was definitely a hard and costly lesson learned.
