Gorgeous frames, but accuracy of prescription lenses is iffy. Even though the rx is the same in both eyes, one one pair that I ordered, the left lens appears to be a different strength than the right lens. I tried on a different pair of glasses from a different company and did not have this issue. I will be taking my Muukal glasses to my doctor to have him verify the prescription of the lenses. Otherwise, I love the glasses I ordered. They look exactly like the images online and fit well. Just wish I could actually see through them.

I don't think the prescription is correct, I really don't see as well out of either pair one pair is worse than the other.

Could not see with the prescription that was ordered. Waiting to see what next step would be.

Tried to get assistance in changing frame for my glasses and they wanted an additional fee of $40. May be valid, but they could have done better for a first time customer?!?

My sunglasses are fine. But my regular glasses do not sit straight on my face. Its like the ear pieces are different. Can send you a picture if you like. If you could please send me 2 earpieces that would be wonderful. See my order for frame # and color

My glasses broke.

The pair i got that is supposed to turn into sunglasses don't. At least not yet. They are too tight.

Both pairs of glasses were huge on my face. I did all the measurements against my current glasses and they were not that far off. I won’t wear the white ones at all.
