I have to lean my head all the way up to get to the progressive... I can only use these for looking at my phone but not daily wear because I cannot see the computer unless I hold my nose up. I gave my prescription and ordered. Lesson learned.. take your self to the eye glass shop!

Delivery was quick but the lenses are terrible. I cannot see through them despite providing my prescription. Such a shame as frames are nice but no point if the lenses are terrible. Do not recommend

I found on both pairs of glasses that the progression into the bifocal at the bottom was extremely blurry and i am unable to focus. The frames were great quality but the fulfillment of the prescription was really poor. I have requested a refund upon return. Also took quite awhile to arrive.

Ordered 3 progressives and all were terrible, customer service only would replace one out of three! Customer service said to order smaller frames, so I did and they were too small. Customer Service said they wouldn't replace them, even though she's the one who said to order smaller frames. Anyway, waste of money and time. Buyer beware.

This was my third time to order from Muukal so I had no concerns as to the quality of my glasses - I was wrong this time. I ordered a pair of transition lenses and they came as clear lenses and the near vision correction is off, cannot read up close. Distance vision is perfect. I ordered these for an upcoming trip and fear I won’t get a replacement pair in time. My second pair the distance vision is perfect and the near vision is off, not even sure if it’s there - may be that glasses are all distance vision correction. Third pair I ordered the bronze clear frame and received the clear frame. Distance and near vision correction are perfect though.

They provided me with a fake tracking number to a fake shipping company. I have repeatedly asked for a legit tracking number and they have given me nonsense "status" reports that just show it moving from train station to train station in CHINA. When I questioned that, they cut off communication. No glasses. I bought from them because they said they were based in Texas. This is a Chinese company - I don't have to say more, do I?

Not happy with this company and will never order from them again. I've ordered my glasses online for years now and never had a problem till now. Of the three pairs that I ordered 2 are just fine while the third is "off". First they tell me I measured my PD wrong, although the 2 pairs are fine, then they tell me they are too large for me (other 2 pairs are the same width). I expect the next excuse will be that the frame colour is wrong for me! I believe that either the axis or PD on one of the lens's was cut wrong, certainly a quality issue. Was asked for order number in the reply to this review. This review was only given after multiple excuses from the supplier. I will be taking this pair of glasses into my local optometrist to have the lens checked for correct axis etc.

Don't advertise high index lenses when they aren't. The lenses in my glasses were extremely thick and they cause me to feel sick and put strain on my eyes so I can't wear them.
