My order 22601611935 The black frame is so defective. This can not be bent to straighten out. Im so disappointed. Id like this pair to be replaced. The hinges on my right side doesn't even fit flat.

I was excited to find a website that offers many options for eye glasses. The user interface was quite friendly and intuitive, but I was disappointed. The prices were low but so was the quality. When buying multiple eye glasses for around $50 a pair- you can't expect high quality, but two of the four pairs I bought are almost unusable. The try-on feature online was quite inaccurate, it showed the glasses smaller relative to my face, when in reality they are much larger. The prescription accuracy was also doubtful; two of the glasses feel right, and the other two distort the view and cause nausea. Or maybe it's because of the lens shape and size, and how it sits on the nose. So after receiving four pairs from Muukal, I also ordered a different pair on Zenni. I know from experience their quality is better, and at $100 for a pair it's still good value. If you're looking for affordable eye glasses- buy multiple different pairs, and at least one of them will hopefully be good. By the way, they come in small plastic bags, add protective cases to the cart if needed.

The frames fit well, but the prescription feels off. I think the pupil measurements weren't quite on the right spot.

Two out of my three pairs of eyeglasses are great! The third pair doesn’t fit properly due to the temple arms, which are too short. Otherwise, the prescription is great, all else is good. I just wish they fit properly.

The glasses are all beautiful but the prescriptions are off in different ways on each pair. The blue pair with gold bar across nose cuts into my nose and is painful but they are the best prescription wise that works out of all of them.

Did I order glasses without taking the time to read enough reviews and not doing enough investigating? I am still waiting for my two pairs. I'm a little less excited now since seeing these recent reviews about the glasses being a total disaster. Who do I believe? How do I read several reviews saying the glasses and the customer service are the worst experiences they've ever had and then other reviews that say 5 stars and the quality of the glasses and the customer service are impeccable? I'm confused as to how the same company could have such drastic differences in quality and customer service. I'm hoping maybe these couple of reviews that said Muukal was horrible, were people that just got treated less than perfect and now they have it out for Muukal. Time will tell, but I assure you when I get to leave a review, it will be 100% truthful. Mark

i love the glasses but my issue is the tinting. on the webside when you choose your tint the only tint available is 80/10. no other option. so far i was lucky to contact them myself i got a lighter color. i hope that they change that

Love the frames but the prescription seems off on the two progressive pair. The single vision I ordered for my son are great.
