The glasses just don't feel right.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. #22603178077 I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames. But I could not see out of them properly. I have worn progressives for years so it is not a matter of getting used to them. All three pair were not correct. I immediately tried contacting them several different ways. I wrote directly and responded to an e mail. Finally, I was able to get a response by facebook messenger. POOR communication. Then once I reached them, they did not honor the money back guarantee. They asked for photos of me wearing the glasses and we confirmed my prescription was entered correctly. They wanted me to pay to return them to China at a cost of about $50 Ultimately, they did give me a credit of $70.00 against an order of 144. Awful experience. This was March 24, 2026 time frame. I had tried to write before but did not include my order number.

I can't see out of the sides of my glasses.

Took a long time for shipping and when they finally arrived, the frames are very thin and flimsy and my prescription is definitely wrong. Nothing is clear when put them on

Horrible experience!! Can’t see out of the glasses I received. I try to return them and they give you this big hassle that you have to send them to China and all the costs associated with it. Or they will give you half of your money back and you can keep the glasses you can’t see out of!! It is a big scam!! Horrible Company!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses. They had the prescription correct however something is not right with the lenses. The glasses caused headaches and I almost fell with a pair of them on from being dizzy. Have ordered from another company before and had no problems. Once I get my money back I will stick with the other company I used. Now I am having trouble getting a refund as stated is available for any reason. I have returned the glasses to Texas, as their website says for returns.They were delivered to Muukal at their Texas address. Now they have taken the Texas address off their website and tell you that they have to be returned to China at YOUR own expense even if there is something wrong with them! Will update on refund. June 4, 2026, glasses were sent back and received in Plano, Tex. No sign of a refund as of yet. June 18, 2026 and no refund even tho I sent the glasses back so as you can see there is not a 100% return policy. I’ve had no contact from Muukal. I’m telling you, if you’re smart you will steer clear of this company. Cheap products are produced not to mention the lens in their glasses are not right. My eyesight means much more to me than the junk I received from this company. Lesson learned and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Be smart and steer clear of this company!

First pairs of glasses I got were great. One paid was too tight and they sent me a new pair free of charge... The pair I always use broke in multiple places so I put in another order with the same script and eehen I got them the script was off and I had hard time using them struggled using them. Had to wait till may for new eye exam... Will use zenni or another company since the only script I had in file was for the recent pairs I got so new pair I ordered shoudl have been the same script

They got my order wrong and now they're saying it was my fault and not replacing them
