I wasn't expecting amazing quality (3 for $119) but frames full of micro scratches, one lens is marked as well. They did query my prescription which was good though, showed at least someone is looking at the info.

I had to buy metal this time as the quality of the glasses deteriorated. Had 4 pair broke this year & they were less than 12 months old

Bought 3 pairs which is a GREAT DEAL! However I ordered the photo chromatic one all 3 pairs and they barely change in the sunlight.

I received my glasses in June. It is now the middle of September and the lenses are separating on my daily wearer. I’m not very happy about this and I don’t know what to do. I am about to start researching to see what a pain it will be to get a replacement or return and get money back.

I ordered their three glasses special, which seemed like a good deal. Two of them are nice. But one of the prescriptions is totally wrong. They are all three supposed to be the same prescription, but one of them is clearly wrong. My vision is blurry and it makes me dizzy very quickly. I wrote to Muukal to ask for them to replace it, per their guarantee. They wrote back saying “the prescription is absolutely correct” and wont replace it. Terrible service, and you can’t trust their warranty. I thought if I liked their glasses/service, this could be my new yearly option for glasses. But I won’t be going back. EDIT: I can’t reply to Muukal’s reply, but Hygge sent me an email reply on 9/11 at 7:03pm ET saying “the prescription [on the blue pair of glasses from my order number 12508580829] is absolutely correct.” So I’ve already given you my order number, and until this was public, you weren’t interested in helping me. Your response below is an attempt to publicly pretend like you plan to help me. And readers can assume no help was forthcoming, until you honor your warranty. Only then will I revise my review.

The glasses are beautiful, although the quality of prescription is not great. This is second time I ordered that the lens are distorted. I feel like I Wasted my money for 3 pairs that only 1 is good.
