Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again as they do not stand by there 100% money back guarantee OR each back out to you. I had emailed them and texted them and didn’t get a response until I opened a claim with PayPal and put a review on here. Someone contact me by email asking for photos of me wearing the glasses, which I replied to twice and they never reached back out. This was over a week ago. And then they responded to my PayPal claim asking me to ship the glasses back TO CHINA and I have to pay for shipping to get a refund. Me shipping the items back overseas will cost me more than what I paid for the glasses. At this point I would take a store credit so I could over a new pair but it doesn’t look like that would ever happen. And they also have the audacity to respond to my previous trust pilot review saying I didn’t contact them until that day. I have proof of texting them and I even sent a message through the contact box on the website. Lost my business. Edit* I’ve already ordered from a different company.

This is the worst company I've had to deal with. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses with the correct prescription. Everything is blurry out of all 3. It actually feels like pressure and strain when I put on. I actually own 2 pair of the same style frames now, ordered from other companies. So, I emailed and texted company. Finally received response, and they wanted images of prescription. I sent it. Then they wanted picture of me in glasses. What? At first I said no, because it didn't make any sense to me. Then, they said glasses were to big for me. So I sent images. Still waiting on response. This is so frustrating 😤. Do not order from this company. Update: *First text message sent 3 days ago, no response. *Email sent 3 days ago, no response. *2nd text message to another number. Quick response, sent what they requested. No response. Wish I could post images of the conversation. *After I posted this review, they responded. I sent order information they requested, and as usual no response.

I purchased glasses received on May 29th when they arrived the glasses were too strong so I contacted customer service and they would not honor the money back guarantee shown on website told me I had to ship them to China and pay shipping and customs yet they were shipped to me from USA

The quality of the frames is great but for all 3 pairs I have to hold the glasses up high over the bridge of my nose to be able to read through the progressive site portion and sunglasses are not tented as sunglasses (they are clear). I need to return the entire order.

2 of the three glasses broke within one week of me wearing them.

The frames are lovely but the prescription wasnt in the glasses.

Both glasses I ordered were blurry and I can’t use it.

The prescriptions are wrong, I can’t use the glasses. What a waste of money.
