Edit to add - I was contacted same day and they are taking care of the issue right away. So I have changed from a 1 to a 4 for excellent customer service and the other pair is perfect. I have progressive lenses and the transmission part is blurry...I'm gonna have to contact to fix. I'm pretty bummed

Very easy to do virtual try on and order. Great communication all the way. Unfortunately, the lenses weren't quite the quality I was hoping for. The company was extremely helpful in offering different solutions until we were both satisfied with the outcome. I would be happy to try them again.

I love my new glasses. You guys always do a great job on them. They are such a great quality and such a great price it’s unbeatable!! I do however hate that I got no updates on the shipping process. It won’t keep me from buying again but please do better. 😁

I don't feel that the 2nd pair of glasses were the right prescription as the 1st pair/ Other than that the 1st order a few years ago the stem of the glasses just broke off for no reason.

The fact that I could get multiple frames at a great price was great. The process was simple and fast.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. I loved all them but unfortunately one of them i have been a hard time to adjust the vision. The other 2 is perfectly. Can I exchange or return the glasses? It is the model Melissa Black
