I can't see out of the bifocal unless I kind of squint my eyes and hold my head at an angle so I see now why the price was so good these are low quality

I purchased three pairs of glasses. Great price, two of the frames cracked in three months. They sent me a new frame (Patricia) with dummy lenses to pop out and put in myself. I took them to Costco and they did it for me. It happened again on another pair (Queena) and they would not send me a frame to replace it. They said I should buy another set of glasses. I am careful with my glasses. My last pair from Zinni lasted 5 years and I wore them everyday. While these are cheap in price they break quite easily. The warranty is 3 months which it does clearly state when purchasing. Mine broke in 2 months which they replaced the frame. The second was just 3 months which is in warranty but they will only help you with one pair. They will for any reason send you another pair once. Mine was that the lenses did not fit my vision area (progressive) they remade them. While they were easy to work with as a company the frames should not break and not be usable in three months. I now have one pair left that I’ve been wearing and they have not broken. They also did not publish my review on their website. Only 4 star reviews. All in all I would not recommend.

Both pair of sunglasses are ok the 3rd pair of glasses are absolutely terrible I can't even see out of them and the size is nothing like it should be and the lenses are like magnifying glasses and that's not my fault because the 3 pairs all had The same prescription and I didn't change the lenses on any of them very very disappointed in the third pair quite honestly the third pair is absolutely junk won't be shopping here again

I was happy to order as I have ordered before. My first order 2 years ago was ok it was cheap so you get what you pay for. I ordered 3 pairs my 1st time after one week of wearing the one pair the arm fell off could not be fixed okay not a big deal again It was cheap I had two other pairs they did last a year and a half and I had to order three new pairs I ordered one pair exactly the same as my first order and this was back in July when I received my classes and a week after wearing my cat eye glasses and the same exact spot the frame broke on the glitter repair I bought the one screw and the arm of the glasses was in crooked I tried to fix it It can't be fixed because the threading is ruined I want to order more because I like the style of the glasses but I can't continue paying to replace them after them breaking after a week or falling apart after a week or two I was very disappointed the second order just this past July I'm currently searching for someplace to get new glasses unless they want to replace the ones that were broken

I ordered from 3 companies using standard or free shipping. Your order took the longest to receive by 2 weeks longer than the 2nd longest. Your glasses came in a box wrapped in a cloth while the others both had eyeglass cases for each pair of glasses. The sun glasses were VERY DARK and that was not noted on your website. I will not use your service again.

The pairs they actually sent me were good, but the cheated me out my third pair, with the $119 deal, because of my high index.. All they had to do was charge me a little more for the prescription, but instead they only made 2 pairs, and lied and said the third pair was lost and said "we didn't make any money off your order" Then they stopped responding. So basically just punked me out my glasses and money. This is not a good way to do business.

Two of the 3 pair have scratch’s on the lense and the feel cheap and look cheap. Not happy at all with the overall experience and won’t be buying from here again.

I feel that the price was great but the product itself are very thin and feel as poor quality.
