VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
I am happy with the frames, but I am incredibly disappointed with the progressive lenses of all three pairs of glasses. I assumed that the lenses would "progress" from the long-range vision correction to the near-vision correction, gradually, like all of the other pairs of glasses I've purchased from Zenni. And, its true "that you get what you pay for." The price was too good to be true. After my disappointment subsided, I thoroughly read your description of YOUR progressive lenses and discovered that they ARE NOT multifocal (or trifocal), which is my fault! Nevertheless, I will not use these glasses and I will NOT return them for the terrible 50% credit. Instead, I will donate them and I will never order glasses from you again.
