I Like ordering from Muukal, but the last order something is wrong. The add is set too low and I have to lift the glasses to read. Not cool!

I ordered three pairs of glasses. Two transition pair and one progressive pair. The transition pairs are two different colors. Neither pair changes color quickly and the neither one get dark at all. Being outside on a bright sunny day is brutal. The progressive pair are fine. The arms of the frames are a little flimsy but other than that they are fine.

Took longer to receive than I expected. I ordered 3 pairs. I like all the glasses. I have a problem with just 1 of the pairs. The right lens does not have the correct script. I can’t even see out of it. Please let me know what I have to do to get it fixed.

I believe the glasses are not the correct prescription. I order glasses online from multiple companies several times a year just for fun. I've never had an issue with accuracy. This is the first time I ordered from you, and the entire progressive lens is the same, and all of it is blurry. I did double check the prescription entry for accuracy, both before and after the order. Absolutely loved the frames, but simply cannot use either pair.

The glasses are not very close in color to the online example. They feel very thin and flimsy and very loose. I guess I didn’t research enough to know that transitions won’t transition in the car. I needed glasses for driving and not wanting to change pairs constantly. Customer service is slow to respond and short with their answers and not very helpful. I will not order again, especially when other online glasses websites have 15 day money back guarantee for the full price paid. Once again, I guess I don’t read the fine print close enough to see you only get half back minus shipping.

One pair if my glasses broke mid November and could not reach customer service to replace the one pair out of the 3 purchased

This is the second time I have ordered glasses and they just can not seem to get the prescription correct. I have heard good things but I have had the worse luck. Love the styles I got. That is why they got 2 stars
