Glasses are good but the lens quality can be hard to keep clean and scratch easily. I purchased the scratch resistant program and found out it's only for three months WTH is that good for especially to pay extra. Very disappointed after buying 6 pairs for myself and 3 for my son

The glasses are kind of flimsy and I can't really see out of them. I got what I paid for. The glasses I got from Zeeool are much better.
OK since I'm not an optometrist, it was incumbent on the company to let me know that the glasses I ordered would not be suitable for my prescription. Therefore, will I receive a refund? I will be happy to send the glasses back.

While I love the frames, the lenses are not the correct prescription and wearing them for any length of time causes headaches.

AT FIRST THINGS WERE GREAT UNTIL 3 MONTHS LATER...
Listen, I thought, as I ordered, "oh PLEASE don't be a scam this is too good to be true" you know the saying. I got a tracking number and not even 2 weeks later, I had 3 BEAUTIFUL pairs of glasses, in their own cases with cleaning cloths. Then the test... I COULD SEE and MUCH better than the ones I had gotten in person, just a week before. I am ALREADY planning to order more and my husband is a new customer too now LOL. THANK YOU, MUUKAL! Y'all are the real deal! I placed my order 1/25/26 received from my mailbox on 2/5/26 - no kidding! I am STOKED!

QUALITY:
TERRIBLY POOR QUALITY PLASTIC FRAMES (they last only about 30-45 days and THE FRAMES WILL POP - JUST CRACK while ON YOUR FACE, it's a wonder a piece did not go into my eye.
So far, it has happened to 2 of my 3 pairs and 1 of 3 for my husband (so far) he was on his computer when his just popped/cracked. THEY WILL NOT REMAKE THEM, THEY WILL ONLY SEND YOU ANOTHER FRAME AND TELL YOU TO GO TO A PROFESSIONAL TO GET THE LENSES PUT IN, WHICH MEANS YOU'LL BE PAYING SOMEONE for THEIR poor materials. I have had 2 frames replaced and on one of those, I cannot even get the lens into so they are useless. If you want short term glasses, this is the place to go but I would definitely. it took several emails for them to. Remake my second pair instead of just sending the frame, and I think that's because I asked for a refund. I would suggesst you go someplace else for plastic frames if you want something that's gonna last, without an email argument with customer service.

No good for progressive lenses
The frames are beautiful. The progressive lenses are horrible. I had a pair made by The Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute- so I have an excellent comparison.
Yours separate so strange- I literally have to tilt my head down and look out of the top of the lenses for distance and it is such a small viewing area. I can't imagine driving. The middle of the lense is blurry for all distances.
