The prices were great! Unfortunately, the prescriptions were not. I have emailed them several times without a response. Their website says this: "Sometimes you may not be able to hear from us, please send us an email." That seems true. One pair of the glasses had transition lenses. The transition coating was missing in part of one lens. I'm very disappointed.

My prescription just wasn't right. I have ordered from online retailers before with no problem.

Glasses I believe have something wrong with them. Blurry on the sides does not focus upfront.

One pair of glasses I ordered was photochromic. When I received my order I found out that they don't change. They stay clear all the time. Very disappointed.

Awful experience with this online glasses store. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses for USD $119 and it seemed like an amazing deal. I sent them my prescription. I received 3 pairs of glasses that I couldn't see through, and all I was offered (after a couple of email requests) was a $60 credit. I asked them to NOT credit me as I wanted to confirm with my eye doctor that they were incorrectly made lens but they just sent $60 to my PayPal. I actually liked the frames but they wouldn't even offer a redo. So annoyed Will never use them again. Stay away. They asked for my order number. Here it is 12606152197

I'd give the 2 pair of sunglasses a ZERO if I could!!! They are HUGE!! Would fit a giants head!! And the prescription lenses were terrible, made me dizzy trying to look through them. Will never buy from this company again!!

I never received my glasses and they would not respond to my email. I placed my order on 6/6/26 and my order number is 22606146049. I sent an email last week with a screenshot of my order confirmation and still have not received a reply. (And, yes, I have been checking my spam folder, too!)

Avoid at all cost. Customer service keeps insisting they made the glasses correctly even after providing photos from a lensometer readings from an optometrist office showing they are incorrect. They will make you jump through hoops and not correct their mistakes. The website states Manufacturing error: After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% discount coupon Garbage scam company that doesn't stand by their product or policies Update: they said they would only uphold their policies and fix the glasses if I delete my review. They continue to be incredibly shady. Additional update: they are refusing to help or uphold their policies until I delete my review which is in violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
