Tratando que me ayuden con un problema con los espejuelos que compré y a sido muy díficil. Escribí por email y por mensaje y no me resuelven. He tenido que explicar el problema como 4 veces y luego me dejan de escribir, pésimo servicio. Otra cosa, llamé al número de télefono que dicen y es imposible porque la grabación dice que no es un número para llamar. Estoy totalmente decepcionada.

Been trying to contact them was impossible!!! I can't use my new glasses since I can't see properly out of them!!! Customer service is awful!

I really loved these glasses. The frame was fairly light. The colors were vibrant and highlighted my skin tone. I purchased these in September of 2025, I have rotated them every other day since I received them in October. Today March 8 I picked them up and the top of the frame was split by the bridge over the left eye. I am very careful with my glasses, I have a soft bracket I place them on whenever I take them off. I was shocked that it broke, and the plastic is so thin that gluing it back together was a nightmare that didn’t stick. Mine were beautiful and fit well until one day they just broke. I am now 5 months into wearing my glasses and need to replace them. I am deeply annoyed.

These lashes are nowhere near as full as they are shown on the website. Highly disappointed in quality for the price.

I have worn progressive lenses for almost 20 years and these make me drunk. I can't wear them. What can I do about it?

Although I normally have no issues with my orders, there seems to be a problem with two recent pairs of glasses. Order #12602041394 – Blaze in Yellow Order #12602041147 – Bonnie I took both pairs to an optical store to have them checked, and they confirmed that the pupillary distance (PD) is incorrect on both pairs, particularly in the left lens. I would like to have both pairs replaced with the corrected PD. Could you please let me know the next steps and how soon I can expect the replacements? Thank you for your help.

They are really out of focus! Very blurry

It arrived quickly, and they look nice, but the prescription of the lenses are off. I can't read with them on. I wrote to support. No answer. No place on the web page for returns or adjustments. I requested support on Facebook, no answer.
