The glasses that I last ordered as the 3 for $119 are unusable. The visual field was not correctly set to my pupillary distances.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The 1 pair is fine, but the other pair is NOT. The 2nd pair of glasses received did not come with the prescription I had ordered. They do not even seem to be any prescription at all. I emailed them the issue on 7/13/26 and am still waiting on getting this resolved. Explained all I needed was the prescription lens I had ordered and they don't seem to care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 6 pairs of reading glasses, went through the whole process and got to the pay and place order and I got the amount i was to pay, looked for any discounts and I received a $31.14 discount. When I paid the charged my account. Then I got a email from them saying I didn't pay enough for all the glasses I ordered. They are the ones that gave me the discount and then they wanted the extra $30.00 if I wanted to have 6 pair. They took back their discount for no reason. I would not work with a company that does that. Canceled my order. Poor business practice if you ask me. They replied to my review and this is my response. I.) There was nothing wrong with the prescription or you would have told me so. 2.) I made it clear they were only clear and no tinting. 3.) I ordered 6 pair of glasses that were $65.00 and you company gave me a $31.14 discount. If you are going to reply at least own up to your bad business practices and not put the blame on the customer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order 12607471998 has still not been delivered, and I have received no meaningful updates about its status. Customer support has failed to provide clear information or a resolution, leaving me completely in the dark.

I want to share my terrible experience with Muukal. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Muukal for $85. When the package arrived, both pairs were completely unusable. The protective cases were smashed into pieces, the frames were deformed, and there were cracks in the glasses. It was obvious they had been damaged and were not fit for use. I contacted Muukal immediately and requested politely for a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused. After several rounds of back-and-forth, they told me I had to return everything to China at my own expense, even though the products arrived damaged through no fault of mine. After days of negotiations, the best they would offer was $35, meaning I still lost $50 for two pairs of glasses that went straight into the trash. As for the product quality, yes, the glasses are inexpensive—but now I understand why. They're cheap for a reason, especially the frame. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Poor product quality, poor packaging.

Muukal does not stand by their word. Because they sent me 3 pair of glasses that I paid for and can not use, and then refused to send a full refund (they did offer for me to keep the glasses…) I wrote a review. Now they say they will only send me $60 refund, IF I delete my review. What sorry customer service Muukal. Really poor customer service.

I ordered three pairs of glasses on their promotion. After waiting several weeks they arrived. All three pairs were unusable. Each had a different problem. One pair I couldn't see out of at all, seemed like someone else's prescription. One pair made by right eye ball feel like it was pulling to the right and I couldn't see far away. One pair I couldn't see far away and was slightly blurry in the right eye. When I contacted them they offered two new remakes or a $70 refund (after much back and forth). Why should I pay $84 (total $159) for something I can't use? And why can't them remake all three pairs since I bought three pairs. I'm very disgusted. Oh, I could ship them back to China but I'd have to pay the shipping and import costs.

Does not stand by money back guarantee, does not email you back to continue communication. Will respond back to your trust pilot review and ask for your order number but will never reach out. Worst customer service ever and I work in this field. This is not how you treat repeating customers. I ended up ordering a new pair from a different company and wasted my money. I never received a credit or a refund. Will not be returning.
