One pair worked , perfect- one pair was awful. The pair I paid for was fine . . . the free pair was totally useless

They are good at providing updates on progress of order fulfilment. The glasses do not provide the clarity of vision as those bought from another online store despite both companies receiving the exact same prescription.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. Price can’t be beat. One set is perfect. One photographs like it has a silver overlay on the temples, turns out it’s just clear plastic and looks a bit cheap. The last pair are completely unwearable. Progressive lenses with no reading level at the bottom. Same rx for all three. Will be returning those.

Ordered two pairs perscription sunglasses, one pair perscription clear lenses. Same perscription. All THREE "see" differently. One of the sunglasses is unusable. The clear lenses are just OK. The other pair of sunglasses are good, but not great. This is my second time purchasing. First time was literally perfect. Disappointed this time.

I need to return a pair of glasses, the lenses aren’t as sharp as the other 2 pairs. I think these frames are too large. Please advise.

Frames were great but t I couldn't use my glasses, everything was blurry and out of focus when I put them on. I was really excited.
