Wrong prescription in one (1) of the frames. The other two (2) had no prescro[ton in them. The two (2) were completely unusable. Would like to return all three (3) for a full refund.,

They have this cool option on the website where you buy one and get one free. I did this and received an email that I would need to pay more. I clipped out the my bill and showed them that I was paying for the higher priced item and there website calculated the free cost of the second pair. They said that it was too expensive.

Unfortunately, I am unable to clearly see. The lenses are blurry and make my eyes water. I love the frames though.

My whole order was wrong and I uploaded the correct prescription and now I am being blamed and called a liar and you won’t exchange the wrong ones for the correct ones. Way to stand by your product. If they will not be replaced I would never use this site again. *My prescription was uploaded when I made the purchase. I have since re added it again on 8/1* I did not type in anything on the prescription. The fact that I can’t even get them exchanged is absolutely ridiculous and I will be reporting this to the BBB. UPDATE- it has been a week and now they will only replace 4 out of the 5 glasses and now they are trying to use review extortion against me. Saying if I don’t delete this review they won’t make any of my glasses. Next step I take is reporting this company as fraud and taking action to the BBB. ***UPDATE- I have reported this company to the BBB and have reported them as fraud with the credit card company since they have not responded to me since 8/7 and nothing has been resolved***

Two of the three frames I recieved do not look anything like the pictures on Muukal.com. When I contacted them the first customer service response was timely; however, the wording was abrudt and lacking customer service. Instead she could have asked for clarification. When I sent a response to clarify my email, I haven't recieved a response in 48 hours this time. I sent a second email tonight, but not sure I would order from Muukal again, mind you this is my second order with them. The first time was great. Update: the one pair of glasses that had the appropriate looking frames, the prescription is messed up. Definitely never order from this company.

The focus is off . The distance is good but the close up isn't . I think the PD is too wide. Maybe I just need to get used to the larger lenses. I read a lot so I haven't been wearing the new glasses.

Customer service is very had to deal with. Returns can be a nightmare. Muukal said in order to return the glasses it will cost $50. In shipping plus a45% tariff. There's no way this can be right.

Took longer than 4 weeks. The glasses material Are cheap not as presented They made mistake with sent prescription they did not honor their policy to correct their error Glasses were unbalanced making floor perception of uneven or stairs higher than it is very dangerous since you can fall Also uneven percentage in each glass You pay for transition glasses from light to dark for sun coverage and it does not darken or take long to darken with sun exposure they did not respond to 5 emails don’t waste your money I lost 200 dollars to these scammers
