Great quality excellent price fast delivery

Their return policy is not very good at all for an online optical. Quality of frames is fair, but stylish.

The service was speedy, quality is great but I am not a fan that you can see the magnets on the clear frames when not using the covers.

I LOVE Muukal glasses. They have the best deal of any eyeglass store I have ever found online. I would give them 5 stars for their products but customer service is shockingly poor. DO NOT text the number they provide. The man I spoke with was nasty, extremely condescending, and did nothing to assist me with my return issues. His answer was to blame me for the situation instead of offering any assistance. This person was the rudest human being I have ever encountered in contacting customer service in my life. Two of my orders were listed by USPS as "out for delivery" then suddenly later that same day the delivery status was changed to "intercepted and redirected as requested by sender" no one at Muukal could tell me how or why this happened or give me any idea of when I could expect my delivery. It's frustrating, absolutely, and unfortunate but I'm willing to put up with poor customer service and inconvenience to get great quality glasses. Despite this, I intend to continue to shop there and I encourage others to as well, their glasses are AMAZING you can't beat the price. I'm just letting other customers know in exchange for saving $ and getting great products you may experience some pretty awful customer service and trouble getting help and information.

2 of the 3 were great third pair, ummm I don’t know. Prices are great, quality, is on point, shipping was slower than I’m used to from other online glass retailers. 8 of 10 given because there is always room to improve, daily.

The glasses are nice, I am having a bit of a problem with one pair, I’m not sure if my eyes just need to get adjusted to them or if the prescription isn’t right, but the other three pair are great. Great for the price.

Love the frames!!! Bifocal transition isn’t the greatest, but for the price, pretty good quality

I bought four pairs of glasses. 2 were good, one pair had the wrong prescription, and one pair was broken. I contacted their CUSTOMER SERVICE and they replaced the two that weren’t right. Response time was within 24 hours. The whole process took about 3 months so if you’re in a hurry, that probably won’t work for you. Total cost was $272 for four pair of glasses.
