Sheraz at Mustafa Travels was extremely helpful from day one. I loved the private transportation. They had great customers service through what’s up app with timely responses.The only thing I didn’t like was the wheelchair procurement. We were told that wheelchair will be provided but we ended up buying one. Overall, we had great experience with the agency and we strongly recommend them.

Rafay was very helpful and prompt to answer all the questions we had during reservations and throughout our trip. We had a good experience booking our Umrah trip with Mustafa travels. Their team checked up with us before our arrival to makkah and Madina and followed up during our trip. Their onsite transportation manager is nice, the drivers arrangements can be better but overall the team did a good job in delivering great service. If I could give more than 5 starts to Rafay, I would due to his professionalism and continuous follow up. I am recommending him and Mustafa travels to my family and friends for future Umrah and Hajj travels inshAllah.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Mustafa Travel & Tours and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone. Despite their initial assurances, the experience fell drastically short of expectations, compelling me to share these issues to prevent others from enduring similar distress. I traveled with two elderly passengers and children, with parties arriving from different countries. I chose Mustafa Travel & Tours to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, but the reality was the exact opposite. 1. Unfulfilled Promises The itinerary and services promised during booking were not honored, leaving us in difficult and stressful situations during what should have been a spiritual journey. • Accommodation Issues: Months after finalizing our package, we were informed last-minute that our reserved hotel rooms were unavailable. For Makkah, we were moved from Swissotel to Fairmont (We paid for the difference!), but in Madinah, we were downgraded from promised Superior rooms to subpar Classic rooms. • Unacceptable Room Conditions: The rooms in Madinah were deplorable—dark, infested with moths, and with a garbage-filled view. Handicap-accessible rooms, which were crucial for our group, were not provided. Quad rooms and adjacent accommodation, also requested, were ignored. These failures caused serious health and accessibility challenges for our group, and I have photos and videos documenting these conditions. 2. Poor Service The hotel rooms in Madinah was far below the promised standards. Basic amenities, cleanliness, and the correct number of beds were missing. (The room cost was also about $200 less per room per day than what they had us pay for) Despite repeated complaints, no immediate corrective actions were taken. While dates and a cake were sent as an apology, these gestures were inadequate compensation for the two whole days we spent seeking resolutions—time that could have been better devoted to worship. 3. Lack of Accountability When these issues were raised during the trip, your team failed to provide timely or adequate support. The lack of professionalism and accountability added unnecessary distress to an already challenging situation. We entrusted Mustafa Travel & Tours with our Umrah journey, expecting a seamless and enriching experience. Instead, we faced unmet commitments and poor service. Such failures are unacceptable for a company specializing in significant pilgrimages.

They have not kept up to their promise . Also very hard to reach out customer service when you need assistance. We will not suggest anyone to use them .

In the first place, I couldn't believe Mustafa Travels & Tour can do as much as they did. They made my Umrah trip bright actually and their serivce provider is exceptional with the help of their agent Sheraz. The habit of responding fast is also one of their quality. Thank you.
