I strongly advise not to use Mustafa Travel & Tour for Umrah.
Avoid Mustafa Travel & Tour I booked Umrah tickets with Mustafa Travel for November 2025, and the entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. • Upon arrival in Jeddah, our driver was missing. We searched for over 40 minutes, even though he was supposed to wait at the exit. • They gave us fake hotel vouchers with no confirmation numbers and sent the real vouchers at the last minute—same issue for our Madinah stay. • Their representative pressured me into recording a positive review on the first night. • My return flight from Madinah was canceled, and although the airline notified them 3 months earlier, they never informed me. I had to buy new tickets for my family, costing $2,100 extra, and waited more than 6 hours at the airport. No refund was provided. • They later promised to reimburse me $1,500 toward the cost of purchasing new one-way tickets from Madinah to JFK, However, that promise was never honored. This was another broken promise that completely destroyed my trust in the company. In my experience, when a business repeatedly fails to keep its commitments, customers should be extremely cautious. I would never trust them again. • All communication was only through WhatsApp because they are not actually based in the USA as they claim. They do not have a real office in the United States, and their staff appears to be working from Pakistan while using U.S. phone numbers through WhatsApp. It has been a very stressful journey from day one. Don’t become a victim like I did — please avoid Mustafa Travel & Tours. Overall, their service was unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional. I strongly advise not to use Mustafa Travel & Tour for Umrah.

Dear Reviewer, We are genuinely sorry that you experienced inconvenience due to the airline schedule change that affected your return journey. We understand the stress and expense this caused your family, and we do not take that lightly. However, for the benefit of prospective travelers, it is important to clarify that several statements in this review do not accurately reflect what occurred. First and foremost, every service included in your Umrah package was delivered exactly as promised. Your hotels, transportation, reservations, and ground arrangements were provided and honored throughout your journey. We have documentation and communication records supporting this. The flight issue resulted from an airline schedule change. Contrary to the claim made in this review, we were not notified three months in advance. Had we received such information, we would have informed you immediately. No benefit was gained by our company from this unfortunate situation, as the ticket payment had already been made directly to the airline. The statements regarding hotel vouchers, transportation, and being pressured into providing a review are also inconsistent with our records. Your hotel reservations were confirmed only the HCN was given later as it is a common practice of Saudi Vendors to give HCN two days before travelling, the transportation services were arranged as booked, and the review video was provided voluntarily. During the trip, you expressed appreciation and satisfaction with the services being provided and we have the record of the chats supporting this claim. We also reject the claim that our company is not legitimately established in the United States. Mustafa Travel & Tour is a legally registered U.S. business operating from its registered U.S. address. Like many international travel companies, we use digital communication platforms, including WhatsApp, to serve clients efficiently across different locations and time zones. Although the airline-related disruption was outside our control, we still attempted to assist in good faith. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered compensation toward a future complete Umrah package. When you later contacted us, you requested hotel accommodations only rather than the complete package for which the compensation had been discussed. Nevertheless, we still offered premium five-star Haram-facing hotel options in an effort to assist. Those options were declined, and a Clock Tower property was requested instead. While we understand the appeal of that property, its cost was significantly beyond the compensation being offered and beyond anything that had been promised. What is most disappointing is that a journey in which all contracted services were successfully delivered has been portrayed in a manner that does not reflect the complete facts. Umrah is a sacred journey built upon honesty, fairness, patience, and accountability before Allah. As a company serving the guests of Allah, we are always willing to accept responsibility when we make mistakes. At the same time, we believe that concerns should be presented truthfully and with full context because it is not about a vacation but a Sacred Umrah Journey. We remain committed to serving our pilgrims with professionalism, integrity, and transparency, and we leave the facts, documentation, and experiences of our many satisfied travelers for others to judge. May Allah guide all of us to uphold truth, justice, and honesty in both our actions and our words. — Mustafa Travels & Tour
