MuskuradoReviews of muskurado.com

Muskarado is truly my go-to place when it comes to purchasing Toastmasters items since 2023. The top-notch quality, the ever affable support from the team and rocket speed delivery is what one looks forward to, from most e-commerce platforms, which Muskarado justifies each and every time.

Overall i am satisfied with my order and products quality. I was disappointed with my delivery experience with Muskurado. I was charged extra for delivery, only to end up dealing with DHL’s extremely poor service. Twice now (last Friday and today), DHL has falsely claimed that a delivery attempt was made when I was “not at home.” This is simply not true—I was working from home both days, attentive to the intercom and doorbell, and even received other packages without any issue. No one from DHL rang, knocked, or made any real delivery attempt. When I contacted DHL, I was first told it was a system error, and today I was told an attempt was actually made—completely contradictory explanations. This is frustrating to pay extra for delivery and then have to deal with false notifications and undelivered packages.finally i did get the package at the 3rd attempt after calls and escalations. Muskurado should be mindful for the couriers they choose and the customer experience that comes with it.
